Delightful 3-bedroom, 2 bath raised ranch home with direct private access to the beautiful private Fortunes Rocks beach. View the marsh and Biddeford Pool from the upper deck on the back side, while enjoying the ocean view from the panoramic window in the spacious living room. Two bedrooms and one full bath are on the main upper floor and one bedroom with bath and shower on the lower level. Queen Bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in second bedroom on main floor, two full beds in bedroom on first floor, pillows, blankets and bedspreads are provided. Tenants need to bring linen and towels. Bright kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Dining room with seating for eight. Outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off.

Fortunes Rocks

Best house we've stayed at thus far (after 10 years at different places that allow dogs). Dave was very hands off but available if necessary. Beautiful view out both the front and back (amazing sunsets over the marsh).

Location, Location, Location

Located in a beautiful area of Biddeford, on the marsh and steps from the beach, this older home has a well equipped kitchen with comfortable seating for 6-8, large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and deck. There are new appliances in the kitchen. The house is comfortable, pets are welcome, and the location is fabulous. Owner was responsive and helpful. The house could use some updating and work but, for the price, it is just fine.
