This is a two bedroom, two bathroom, and a den condo located in the Plantation Condominiums. This building is located directly on one of Marcos most popular water ways. It has incredible views from its own private balcony. It also has its own private access to the waterway and community beach. The Building has grills for your use, pool located next to the waterway, gym, and social room. You are also incredibly close to the beach, shopping, movie theater, and restaurants It only takes minutes to walk to the public beach access for South Beach.
The condo has a full size and updated kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has 2 twins. The den area has a sleeper sofa.The master bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower.There is a dining area that seats 6. The living room is spacious and has fantastic views of the Gulf. This owner prefers a 60 day rental period.

Perfect! Great Gulf and Ten Thousand Island View

Impeccably maintained facility with all the amenities. Very friendly, welcoming and inclusive residents. Pool and fishing pier are centers of activity with many fish caught most days.
