Escape from it all in this truly unique and charming refurbished Yankee Barn. This 4 beds 3.5 bath home is situated on a beautiful 5-acre western facing lot with private pond. Relax and enjoy the spectacular mountain and lake views from the wraparound deck. Soak in the outside hot tub or gather with friends in the gazebo. Enjoy wildlife galore and Canaan Valley sunsets from the spacious deck overlooking the Old Timberline Conservancy. This home offers a large hand-laid stone fireplace, spacious kitchen, rec room for lounging, complete with ping pong table. Great year-round location; minutes to the ski slopes in winter and access to two canoeing and fishing lakes in the summer. No Pets.

All Canaan Realty guests have complimentary access to the privately owned Mirror Lake Recreation Area. Enjoy fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, biking and more! Canoes, pedal boat, kayaks, SUP boards, life jackets and oars are provided at no additional charge to our guests.

This house was located in a perfect quiet gated community and about 5 min the timberline lifts. I don’t have anything to complain about. The house had everything we needed and everyone kept commenting on how adorable and perfect it was for us.

Overall, great space! Took advantage of the recreational area, hot tub and Timberline Mountain. Dining table is a good size, as well as all of the living room seating area. Played games and enjoyed the cozy house!
