This beautiful home is located less than a half-block from the 5-Star Broadmoor resort and golf course. A short walk to beautiful Cheyenne Canyon you will not be short on activities or relaxation.

This 6,000 square foot fully furnished, one of a kind, custom-designed home, hosting 4 large bedrooms and three and a half baths.
The outside of the home is like an extension of the inside. Have coffee or breakfast on the porch, dinner on the private lanai to enjoy the mountain views in the expansive backyard or just kick back and relax in the outdoor hot tub.
The huge master bedroom has a gas fireplace together with an expansive en suite bath with a jetted tub. There is another complete master suite downstairs. The home contains 2 king beds and two queen beds.
The bright kitchen includes custom appliances and all the amenities to meet your needs. There is also a breakfast nook to enjoy your morning coffee. The classic dining room sits right off the kitchen and has a beautiful dining room table that can expand to seat 12. There are hardwood floors throughout the main level. Huge windows and french doors everywhere.
Downstairs has a very large rec room with a ping pong table, free weights, 52-inch HDTV with cable and most streaming services. A private business office is on the main floor should you need to address any work while you enjoy your vacation. Wifi is of course available.
There are two heated garage parking spots and off-street parking with room for two or more vehicles.
