Wake up to a spectacular view of Pike's Peak from your bed! The sunrises and sunsets from this 1150 sq ft condo are indescribable. A 48-foot-long balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room and dining area, providing one of the best views of the mountains in all of Colorado Springs. It is situated in an older iconic hotel building that holds a lot of history and has a clear, unique view of Pike's Peak, The Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods, and more.
We've loaded the place with everything you could want for your vacation. There's a King bed master suite, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a Queen sofa pullout, making our place suitable for up to 6 guests. And you can't forget the giant 7-foot, 2-person bean bag chair! We have THE MOST unique seating - double hanging egg chair on the balcony, rockers, outdoor dining, retro-velvet reading chairs, couch, and that ultra huge king of all bean bag chairs. With views from the 10th floor, an outdoor heated pool (seasonal), a gym, yoga room and saunas in the gym locker rooms, this place is like no other in Colorado Springs. The resort lobby has seating, a cafe and a lounge, along with other businesses like beauty and nail salons, barber, etc. We're also walking distance to other restaurants.

48' FOOT BALCONY - accessible from both bedrooms and the living room, you've got a view of Pike's Peak, the Manitou Incline, and expansive views of the city and Front Range as well as the Valley Hi Golf Course. Dining table on balcony, along with a rocking chair and a padded double hanging egg chair, and couch area.
INSIDE - full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, baking dishes, pans, plates, toaster, microwave, crockpot, instapot and more. Linens provided. (bath towels, bedding, kitchen items, etc). Unit has WIFI and Smart TVs with Roku in both bedrooms and living room, brand new couch/sleeper sofa with Queen gel memory foam mattress, dining tables to enjoy meals at home, Keurig coffee pot AND standard drip coffee pot AND Nespresso machine (takes the small pods if you'd like to bring your own), vacuum, ironing board, blow dryers, tons of games, binoculars and more. There's even a travel waterproof cooler you can use if you'd like to take it on a hike to bring your lunch or drinks, and a wagon you can use.
PROPERTY AMENITIES - Outdoor heated pool open seasonally with seating (we cannot guarantee the pool will be open, as its run by the HOA, not us. Currently closes Oct-spring). On-site gym and yoga room, sauna room in both locker rooms on lower level, laundry room on unit floor (uses coins or app pay), parking spots for luggage drop-off, luggage carts available, and multiple elevators. There is an access card hanging on the fridge to access the pool, gyms and library.
NOTE: This is a multi-use building. The lower 2 floors are a hotel, and the upper levels are privately owned condos. The lobby reception is for hotel guests that book thru them. You will not need to go to lobby desk; you can go straight to your room. Room card gives access to amenities. ($25 card fee if NOT left in room upon departure)

NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON BALCONY. NO PETS allowed by HOA, no pets in unit or building. There IS an air sensor to detect smoke that is wifi enabled and alerts us. If it is unplugged, you will be assessed a fine. Do NOT unplug the standing air purifier/sensor located in the main room.
Note: An outdoor security camera is located on the balcony and faces the mountains. We use it to watch sunsets and Pike's Peak ONLY when guests are NOT present, so that we can enjoy the view all year! Please do not tamper with it.
8 towels, 8 washcloths, and 2 hand towels in unit. Paper products to start you out, may need your own for longer stays.

This was an awesome stay! It was clean nice comfy views! Close to everything we did! They had everything we needed to live for a week! Definitely would stay again!
Our stay was terrific! The place was clean and spacious. The view was excellent, and we were able to experience New Year's Eve and view the fireworks from the balcony! The owners were also very responsive and provided information on nearby attractions. Very cozy stay!
Everything was perfect! Very well organized and easy to understand. The gym is a little small but has everything you need. Beautiful property and balcony. Some of the shades were broken but there's drapes to close as well. Wonderful place!
This was the best host that I have ever had. Their attention to detail, in terms of "love notes" welcoming us to feel like their home is our home during our stay was so kind and heaet felt. These hosts made us feel like they care about their property but they also care about our experience.

Such a lovely place, with pretty much everything you might need for a short stay, even reusable grocery bags. The furniture was comfy, everything was clean, and the views were amazing! Hosts also, very kind and very responsive!
This was a great place to stay. Location close to many attractions such as Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs airport. Very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Large balcony to enjoy the views of mountains. Host extremely helpful with ideas on things to do in area. Highly recommend.
This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Colorado Springs with two kids. The host made it super easy once we got there to get in and know what was in the hotel and what was nearby.

Why they chose this property
The Satellite Hotel, the building our condo is located in, is a historic icon of Colorado Springs. Built in 1969 it was originally a condominium complex and THE place to be in its heyday. The building now houses 241 condos and 75 hotel rooms (on the 1st and 2nd floors). These days it's a fantastic place to chill and enjoy one of the best views in the city and be close to all the great things there are to do in Colorado Springs. You're 15 minutes from Manitou Springs, 20 minutes from Pike's Peak, 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and a short distance from all of the military bases in the area.
