Newly renovated in 2022! Brand new roof, windows, paint, floors, bathrooms, stucco, and sky lights. Relax in any of the 7 terraces, outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, putting green and tennis court/basketball court, courtyard and fountains across property . Enjoy the butterfly garden, hummingbirds, and luxurious gardens across the gated estate. Baby grand piano, 6 fireplaces, gourmet kitchen, game room with pool table, pinball, theatre room plus 7 TVs. Property shares pool house and outside amenities with long term tenant in garage apartment. Both residences are located on 2 acre property and surrounded by park on 3 sides.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has a bathroom:
Main level Master with king bed, rain head shower, steam room, jetted soaking tub, and terrace.
Lower level guest with queen bed, rain head shower
Lower level guest with king bed, rain head shower and walk out courtyard access
Lower level guest with queen bed, rain head shower, make up bar
Kitchen has 3 ovens, 2 sinks, everything you need to prepare meals for your family and friends. Kitchen has gourmet Cutco knives and kitchen pans, water filtration system in addition to a whole house water filtration system to filter out all chlorine from water for bathing, drinking, etc.
Carpets are 100% organic wool with no harsh chemicals. Floors are hardwood and tile.
No smoking inside, music must be within respectful levels as not to disturb neighbors.
We only use organic yard products as well. No pesticides or harsh lawn chemicals. There is an onsite caretaker, gardeners, pool cleaner, and others who performs regular maintenance on the premises.
The home is stunning and the perfect place for a healthy get away. Significant time has been spent in ensuring the home is toxic-free with no harsh chemicals in the yard or used in linens and towels. It has been fully renovated in 2019 to include all brand new windows, stucco, roof, floors, appliances, remodeled rooms, new paint, and more. Brand new luxurious patio furniture and fountains. The home has an organic garden with organic herbs for your use, full house water filtration, kitchen re-mineral water system and is the ideal place to stay for a family interested in health and wellness. The home is gorgeous, luxurious, comfortable, and healthy!
What makes this property unique
There is not another property like this in Colorado Springs. This resort is perfect for elegant fine dining, gourmet kitchen, stunning courtyard for BBQ or pizza parties in the outdoor pizza oven or just water fun in the pool. Kids of all ages can run and play in the yard which is big enough to play football, soccer, frisbee, etc. We have a trampoline, gazebo, swings, and are surrounded on 3 sides by a private park. The resort is fully fenced and perfect for families. The landscaping is exquisite. We have had executive retreats, corporate events, photoshoots, weddings, family reunions, kids sports parties, birthday parties, and much more. We do charge extra if more than 10 people will be on the property.
