You are sure to enjoy this quiet historic home and all the amenities that it has to offer; Walk downtown to restaurants like Salt of the Earth, Iggy's Pizza, The Blue Goose or gather groceries at Wagoner's and cook at home! Launch your boat at Hutchin's Lake or head down the road to the Lake Michigan beach at West Side County Park or Pier cove (10 Minutes). Pop in to Douglas or Saugatuck (just 15 minutes away) to do some shopping, gallery browsing , or go for a historic Dune Schooner ride! Enjoy a glass or your favorite wine at Fenn Valley Vineyards or pick some apples and have some fresh baked pie at Cranes Pie Pantry!

Right in the back yard of this home sets a huge outdoor playground to keep your kids busy while you relax the day away with your favorite beverage!
