Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with a wraparound porch, Farmhouse style, living room with fireplace and cozy sunroom with small bar. The kitchen is - fully equipped with a breakfast nook and formal dining room. Step outside onto the enclosed sunroom with sectional furniture and bar with TV. Then to a deck with a patio table and BBQ, overlooking a large fenced in backyard.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with master bath and walk in closet, 2 other bedrooms with 1-queen/1-queen bed with dressers and closets.
And wait - Trails End Marina boat launch 1.7m away, Wilmington amenities - close by are: municipal a golf course, 15 minutes from Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, and 3-5 miles to UNCW campus.

The host Tracey and Mike were very friendly. They responded to any questions in a timely manner. The home is very clean and pictures that are shared indeed is what the home looks like. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Very easy commute to local restaurants, beaches and downtown Wilmington. I would definitely stay again!

Hello Were Mike & Tracy and Have lived in Wilmington since 2009. We have 2 children and 2 grand kids. Our son lives here and loves it! We are from NY state and love the little town feel of Wilmington. Along with the amazing beaches and festivals.

Why they chose this property

This home is close by but private off Pine Grove Drive and very close by to golf ,UNCW and town.. The home is very spacious with a large living room, sunroom & kitchen /laundry with a formal DR The backyard is fenced in and with a spacious screened in porch. The driveway provides ample parking.

What makes this property unique

This farm style home and wrap around porch with rocking chairs to sip tea or coffee in the morning. The back deck has an enclosed porch with bar and sectional. The house has hardwood and tile flooring and a cozy fireplace in the LR and a separate sunroom with a large sectional couch.
There are three couches to relax on inside or out!
