Sandy Key 112 is a 2 bedroom condo located on the first floor of this 8-floor building, which makes it a quick walk directly from your ground-floor patio to one of the two beach boardwalks. This beach allows for miles of beachcombing due to being so close to The Gulf Islands National Seashore- a federally protected stretch of undeveloped coastline with tons of recreation available- from biking, hiking, swimming, camping, bird watching, or simply exploring the park's natural beauty.

The highlight of this condo is its marvelous view. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the expansive, beachfront covered terrace, and with plenty of seating you can enjoy your favorite beverage and even savor a delicious meal while delighting in panoramic vistas of the sparkling Gulf Coast!

The kitchen is fully equipped to provide home-cooked meals for all your guests while enjoying the beautiful views of The Gulf of Mexico or head down to the resort’s charcoal grills to throw your catch of the day on the barbecue. All large and small appliances and utensils are available for guest use in the unit.

The comfortable living and dining space has direct patio access. Watch movies as a family on the large flatscreen TV after a long day of fun in the sun. Revel in the views from the master bedroom, featuring a plush king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom can accommodate additional family or friends with two queen-sized beds which allow for 6 guests to sleep comfortably throughout the unit! Really enjoyed the property. Clean and enjoyable for our family trip with kids. Appreciated the first floor and patio with easy/close beach access. Very thankful for the blackout blinds :)

Great Spot!!!

This is our second time renting this condo and absolutely love it. Smaller complex which we prefer so that it’s not too crowded. We will keep renting this condo when we vacation in Perdido Key.

Lower level unit is very nice

Very nice place! Very clean and great location. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The only downside is to that you had to pick up your fobs and take them back but otherwise very nice would stay here again

Perfect view of sea oats and the beach. Spacious, comfortable unit with excellent mattresses. I wish my water pressure at home was this good. Already dreaming of next year's trip.

Great Famiky Vacation

Very nice and clean condo with great access to the beach. Was hesitant about being on the first floor but view was amazing and quick walk to the beach and pool. Parking at times was a challenge at times but overall my family enjoyed. We would stay in Perdido Key and this same condo and look forward to going back soon.

This is a wonderful unit. It's a walk out first level condo with parking right in front of the building. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The views for drinking coffee in the morning or wine in the evening are spectacular.

Right on the beach

The double sliding doors open to a perfect view of the beach. Sunrise and sunset are beautiful from the patio. The condo is clean and well furnished. The location is close to good restaurants and not far from grocery store. All access points are gated, so we felt safe. This condo made for an enjoyable, memorable vacation.

Beach front bliss

The view as soon as we walked in was absolutely stunning. The condo itself was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need. Layout is perfect for families and the dining table has room for everyone. Can’t beat ground floor and ease of getting to the beach. We will definitely be back.

The weather was pretty bad so spent time in the Condo . Terrible time with Dish television which I reported numerous times.A little fed up with it so left the condo a day earlier Then we planned.

Wonderful Beach Stay

This may rank as our favorite beach stay thus far! The location and walk out first floor is perfect. It’s on the quiet end of the property with the best view and privacy. Making for easy loading/unloading of the car and beach things. The best part of the condo had to be the linens and towels. For the first time ever, we had TOO many towels and many went unused. They were so thoroughly cleaned along with crisp sheets. The rooms were lovely and calm equipped with all you need for the perfect vacation. The kids loved the pool as well as the easy beach access. And the condo was equipped with camping chairs (as we forgot ours). I can’t recommend the property or management company enough. We are already considering our next trip. The one downside was nothing to do with the property, just time of year, because we had a couple of red flag days and waves were too rough for our littles. But it wasn’t an issue when there is a pool.

Really loved the condo. Had a couple of issues but they were addressed quickly. One was operator error 😂. The view was breath it was quiet and friendly.. I will stay here again. Next time I’ll book it for longer now that I know what I know.

Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for my family . It had everything we needed. The beds were extra comfortable and couch in living room provided all the seating we needed. We also really liked that the condo was on the bottom floor, which was great when we went to the pool or beach. This is a great condo to rent !
