Villa Castella is a beautiful detached villa, consisting of 3 bedrooms (1 e-suite), 2 full bathrooms(also with showers), Games room - with pool table , Newly renovated full equipped kitchen open to Lounge and Dining room leading to pool and terrace, and also with access to steps to roof terraces.
Outside the pool and terrace have been renovated in 2024 are ideal for relaxing and/or 'al fresco' dining with a pergola for shade is required. There are also two private sun roof terraces. Off road parking for two cars.
Villa Castella is within walking distance of a supermarket, good restaurants and miradores (viewing points) where there are some stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea even Ibiza can be seen on a clear day.
Javea Golf course is only a short drive away ( approx 10-15 mins drive) There are also tennis courts just a few minutes walk from Villa Castella. There are many beauty spots and walking routes around Javea for ramblers and hikers, or if you prefer just laze by the pool or even on one of Javea's blue flag beaches.
