The main dining area, positioned between the kitchen and living room, can accommodate a large table that comfortably seats eight guests. In the living room, vaulted ceilings enhance the expansive windows, complemented by western-themed decor, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen television. This level also contains a master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and an office that features a queen sleeper sofa.
The upper level of the residence includes a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a king-sized bed, in addition to a second bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed. Furthermore, there is a bathroom located in the hallway, a loft equipped with a sleeper sofa, and a third bedroom that contains two twin beds arranged in a bunk configuration, along with a twin bed with a trundle. Additionally, a queen sofa sleeper is available in the loft area upstairs.
The lower level of the residence features a master bedroom that includes a private bathroom and a king-sized bed.

Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
