We have never had a pet in our home which is wonderful for allergy sufferers. Cute country home with 4 beds, 2 bathrooms. Tub/shower down stairs stand up shower upstairs.
1 bedroom downstairs Queen Bed. 1 Queen Bed in large bedroom upstairs. A bunk bed with a Bottom Queen bed & a twin bed in the same room. Smaller room at the top of the stairs with a twin size bed. Also a pull out cot available.
Enjoy your meals sitting on the deck overlooking the pond & Woods. Sit in the kitchen knook to enjoy the same view through the French doors.
200 Acres of Beautiful marked Hiking trails to enjoy. Located on a dead end dirt road for complete seclusion.
Enjoy peaceful Kayaking down the Unidilla River

We bought this property in ill repair. We planned to leave the house as is and just come to visit for the woods, trails and the views but weekend after weekend the more we wanted to be there and enjoy. That’s when we decided life would be easier having a clean bed, a nice shower & a hot meal when coming to visit. Every chance we had after work or on the weekends we found our diamond in the rough. New ceilings, new paint, new flooring, new furnace, new hot water heater? New roof and a kitchen was added to the home. It’s a place our family loves to be and a place where other families will love to be!
