Apartment located in the beach front, in a beautiful building, facing the Atlantic Ocean, in Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto - mouth of the river Douro, in Northern Portugal. Situated in the first line of sea, Lavadores Beach and Salgueiros Beach, is the ideal place for a holiday or short stay and also a beautiful place to live.

Excellent sea views from the living room and the kitchen. A spacious and secluded balcony over the beach, with magnificent solar exposure, where you can sunbathe and admire the magnificent sunsets every day.

This 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people and is recently refurbished and furnished. Has a spacious living room and kitchen. The living room with an excellent view and an exceptional sun light is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a 50 inch LCD TV, cable TV with 150 channels and free wireless Internet access (WIFI) at 50 Mb/s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment and kitchen utensils.

The 2 rooms, one is a suite, are equipped with king size beds and super comfortable pocket spring mattresses with a layer of premium memory foam to allow a deep rest and relaxing. Has 2 full bathrooms.

Conveniently newly equipped with clothes, towels, all utensils and equipment needed for 6 people.

Central heating.

2 new aluminum bikes with full suspension for free use of guests.

1 large garage (box) located in the basement, with direct lift access to the apartment

We were here for 7 weeks. Lovely place on the beach with fantastic views and a beautiful deck. Many restaurants nearby. Helpful to have a car to get around Gaia. Ubers to Porto were between 6-11 and took about 20 minutes on average. Continente market about a mile away. The only downside was the fireplace is unusable.

Holiday at Canidelo, Vila Nova de Gaia

The apartment is excellent offering first-class accommodation for up to four people. It is spacious, well-appointed (especially the kitchen) and has a great balcony overlooking the sands and waves of the Atlantic! The area is peaceful with a great beach and boardwalk and plenty of cafes and restaurants. There's a good bus service into Porto (25 mins). Would highly recommend.

It’s a great apartment to sit on the balcony, watch the waves and people watch. Good location, Supermarket straight down the beach front, good choice of restaurants all within walking distance. Marcus the host is super attentive and sorts out anything straight away. Hopefully we will be back.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with all modern facilities and the manager was very attentive. We were very impressed by the view from the balcony which was stunning and you could sit and relax and watch the sun set. We also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the apartment and we rode to Porto and along the beach bike tracks. We can't wait to return on day and spend longer enjoying this wonderful location in Portugal.

As soon as you step into this condo the beautiful water views awaits you. This condo is very well appointed and just outside of Porto. Took an Uber several times into Porto. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms make this place perfect for 2 couples. Marco was very helpful and ready to answer any questions.

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Porto. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir wurden bei Ankunft nett begrüßt und bekamen einige nützliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstücken auf dem Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick haben wir sehr genossen. Es sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Wir können das Apartment wärmstens empfehlen. Perfekt mit Auto, für das in der Tiefgarage ein abgeschlossener Stellplatz zur Verfügung steht und mit dem das Zentrum bequem in 15 Minuten erreichbar ist.

Fabulous apartment by the sea

We loved this apartment from the moment we arrived. Marcos the host is extremely helpful and friendly and answeredall our questions. It really has everything, very comfortable beds, excellent luxury bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The spacious balcony has a wonderful view over the ever changing ocean. If you can drag yourself away there's a great bakery 5 mins walk away and 10 mins takes you to the supermarket. There are several beachside restaurants nearby, Aqua was our favourite. 10 mins walk the other direction takes you to the bus stop, the 902 service runs every 30 min into Porto for trips further afield. A highlight for us however was the boardwalk which meanders along the edge of the beach and through the sand dunes for a couple of km, there's a nice wee cafe bar at the finish too. We can't wait to return!

Das Appartment entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung und war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Nur über die Straße und schon ist man am Strand. Trotz Straße aber keine Lärmbelästigung. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

The manager, Marcos, was available almost immediately. We had one issue, and it was resolved within minutes. Many nearby restaurants (walking distance) even an piano bar next door. It was easily accessible to Porto and Gaia by UBER. Internet was super fast.

Wir konnten leider erst 3 Tage später als geplant anreisen, dieses war aber auch überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben unsere Ankunftszeit angegeben und konnten zur vereinbarten Zeit in die Wohnung.
