Peaceful, comfortable and fully furnished single-family home set against open space in the small, safe town of Moraga, home of Saint Mary's College. Our tranquil home is on a cul-de-sac and a 10' drive to Orinda and Lafayette and their BART stations, 20-min drive to Berkeley, 40-45 min drive to San Francisco, 15-20 min to Oakland and Walnut Creek. 10-min walk to restaurants, Starbucks, stores, 24-Hour Fitness and Campolindo High School, with 3 outdoor pools, 6 tennis courts and rubberized track available to the public. Moraga Commons Park is nearby with volleyball, basketball, skateboarding, toddler playground, bocce ball, and disc golf.
The home has three carpeted bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 4. The master bedroom is spacious with a queen-size bed and master bathroom. The first small bedroom has a full-sized bed and the second small bedroom has a single-sized bed. The two smaller bedrooms have a separate bathroom with a tub/shower.
