There are plenty of things to like about this three bedroom two bathroom condo. Your living area has a comfortable sofa and two recliner armchairs, with a flat screen television, DVD player, and a stereo system in a large console. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a flat top range, granite countertops, and all of the culinary tools you need to make and serve meals. Three stools are at the breakfast bar, and a table is surrounded by six chairs. Outdoor dining is always fun, and a table with four chairs gives you a place to sit while you enjoy a superior view of the beach and the Gulf. Your master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a flat screen television, and a bathroom with a sink, granite vanity counter, and a combination bathtub and shower. The first guest bedroom offers a pair of full-size beds, another flat screen television, and a bathroom with a sink, granite vanity and a tub-shower combination. In the second guest bedroom is a queen-size bed and a television set.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
