Complete house accessible to our guests, with garden: this rental is suitable for families with children.
Enclosed garden with possibility to have lunch outside on the terrace; free parking on the property.
House 60 m2 fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, TV, internet ...) with household linen provided.
Privileged location, 9 km from the center of Nice. It is easy to get to the tourist sites to the east: Monaco: 18 km, Menton or discover the Mercantour and its hikes. Towards the west, the proximity of the motorway access allows you to reach Cannes, the Lérins Islands.

Perfect house in great location

Fabrice and Sylvie were so welcoming and we were delighted with all the extras like fruit, juice, pasta, eggs etc. The house was immaculate and so cosy. We wanted a location away from the business of central Nice and this was perfect but also close to all the main sites. A really comfortable house and such lovely owners. They could not have been more helpful.

Très jolie maison, rénovée avec goût, bien agencée avec un jardin très agréable également. L'environnement est tranquille et apaisant. Les propriétaires sont charmants, aux petits soins et plein d'attentions pour leurs hôtes. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Oase der Ruhe in der Nähe von Nizza/Monaco

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend in La Trinité. Ein Bäcker ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, ein grosses Einkaufszentrum ist in der Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut und liebevoll ausgestattet, die Gastgeberin ist superfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Supernette Gastgeber für ein kleines gemütliches Häuschen

Das Haus bietet alles was man zu vier benötigt - einschließlich vier Liegen zum sonnen. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es gibt sogar viele deutsche Fernsehsender. Am tollsten fanden wir, dass wir nicht nur herzlich begrüßt wurden, sondern auch vom Knabbergebäck, über Obst, einer Flasche Wein und Bier mit vielen leckeren Sachen empfangen wurden. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet an einer ruhigen, sehr engen Straße, so dass man davor keine Angst haben sollte. Das gilt generell für den Urlaub an der Cote d'Azur, wo es oft sehr eng zugeht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

L'annonce correspond parfaitement à la maison. Sylvie et Fabrice sont très accueillants et les contacts furent très rapides et très intéressants. Wundervolles Haus, sehr nette Vermieter

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Sylvie hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert.Der Kühlschrank war bereits bestens gefüllt und Sylvie hat sich erkundigt ob sie irgendetwas für uns tun kann. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, das Fahrzeug kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, aber wir kommen noch lieber ein weiteres Mal hier hin zurück. Wohlfühlplatz :-)

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, es ist rundum schön, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es ist vollständig ausgestattet - alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist prima = in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, abgeschlossenes Gelände incl. Parkplatz. Supermarkt und Bäcker fussläufig erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft standen Getränke und Obst bereit und der Kühlschrank war mit dem Grundbedarf gefüllt - so aufmerksam! Auf der Terrasse steht alles bereit, um draussen zu frühstücken, chillen oder grillen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt (Eltern und Kinder 17/19 Jahre) und kommen sehr gerne wieder - dann aber länger als nur ein paar Tage :-)

A notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien reçus par Sylvie : maison très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut (linge, nourriture). La maison est agréable et confortable, bien adaptée pour famille avec enfants. Les commerces sont à proximité et la maison est bien située pour découvrir la région. Exactly as says on the website and better!

Very nice place to stay. Good location if you like travelling around to see places. It's not on a main road, but it's close to the A8 which travels East and West along the coast to all the main places on the Cote d'Azure. The villa is in very good condition and very clean, with all the facilities you need. Sylvie and Fabrice are lovely people and they were very helpful if we had any questions. There was a very useful selection of food and household items on arrival so that we didn't have to buy many day-to-day items other than ongoing food requirements. A large supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. A very enjoyable stay. We even left something important behind and they went out of their routine to check for us and to help us to quickly return and collect the item. Lovely holiday.
