You will be overlooking almost the entire expanse of Shinnecock Bay every day you spend at this cozy, comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage. There are no 2 days where the view has looked exactly the same. It has remained magical for every guest (and homeowner) for generations! Even a cloudy day cannot detract from the view. Updated exterior and landscape, updated granite kitchen. This family home is spotless, easy to get to and a short ride to either bay or ocean beaches. The Hampton Bays L.I.R.R. train station and town center is just a 5 minute ride. Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, 5-time host of the U.S. Open is a 5 minutes away. The home is located just 10 minutes from some of the best shopping in Southampton Village. After some fun at the beach, in town or on the many golf courses, come home to an expansive deck with comfortable chairs and let the breeze of Shinnecock Bay cool you off as you take in the setting sun and spectacular views. Stay in and barbecue, use the fabulous kitchen, order in, or be a foodie and indulge at some wonderful nearby restaurants. After a great meal and evening fun, enjoy a well deserved nights rest in comfortable beds and a peaceful spot. Great for couples, family/friends getaway. We welcome long term rental options. This was the perfect property for our sisters get away. The house was spotless, comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was super clean and the check in process was easy. We would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it to others.

We loved our stay! House was very clean, beds were cozy with crisp linens, air conditioning was a huge plus, communication with Andre was easy and friendly. Loved the guest book with local recommendations and the home’s history. Very close to Stony Brook, which was where we needed to be.

This is a truly special property, and I can't believe I lucked into it at the last minute. The views are beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet, and it felt so serene and private. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was clearly professionally cleaned. We enjoyed grilling and driving to Cooper's Beach (stunning!) and brought along chairs, boogie boards and towels from the house. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this house to anyone, summer or winter.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house has so much character and history, which you can truly feel in a very warm and special way. Everything was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The ocean view was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more memorable. Communication with the host was excellent — very easy, friendly, and incredibly fast to respond. Can only recommend!

The history of the home is wonderful and you can tell that the owners take pride in sharing their little slice of the Hamptons with visitors. They were quick to respond to messages and gave excellent recommendations to restaurants and nearby jaunts. We loved our stay! That said, if there was one thing I’d recommend… it would be fans in the bedrooms.

We have had a wonderful time. It is a great opportunity to spend uninterrupted time with our two adult daughters. The house is well equipped, comfortable, quiet and conveniently located near so many things yet it’s not in the middle of “the scene.” The unobstructed view is such a gift and takes my breath away every time I look out a window or sit on the deck.

We go take the extra steps to make sure your stay is the best it can be. We are very careful about keeping the home clean, and it is disinfected fully prior to your arrival. We take the time to provide as much details about the home, and surrounding area as we can to make sure you have as much detail as possible and can get the most out of the home, the area and your vacation.

What makes this property unique

There are some great estates in the Hamptons — but this house has a one-of-a-kind view of Shinnecock Bay. We were are blessed to have the view we have. No matter the season — even the middle of winter — there is something that remains magical about the view. The Inlet being directly in front of us… the marine traffic is beautiful to watch… the moon shimmering off the water at night… the cool breeze on a hot day.

We are also situated right in the middle of the Hamptons — a short ride from both Hampton Bays and Southampton Village. It is an easy drive to Westhampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton and Montauk as well as a visit to the North Fork farms, wineries and destinations.
