Enjoy the ocean view and wonderful ocean breeze from our 3rd floor balcony ( west side) newly remodeled. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from our balcony. We are in Building A unit 332 our condo is 4 condos back from the ocean and no one above you. Walk down the steps and you are at the broad walk 100 steps to the beach. NEW high top chairs and table on the balcony you can see over the deck . NEW BEAUTY REST PRESSURE POINT MATTRESS 2023. NEW WALK IN SHOWER . NEW 2025 updated kitchen with granite counter tops (stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator with ice maker and everything you need to prepare a meal. Queen sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress-2024 with 48 inch HDTV in living room. There are 4 washer and 4 dryers in the laundry room on the 1st and 2nd floor of the A building. HILTON HEAD BEACH AND TENNIS is a BEACH FRONT GATED RESORT with 24 hour security. We have key less entry.
Building A has an elevator. Additional parking passes are $35 per vehicle

Day Guest passes $25

E BIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED

Location to beach was great. This resort has the pool on the island. Unit was far from elevator if you need to use it but the steps aren’t bad. The unit was clean other than sand in the floor (to be expected at a beach condo) and clumps of hair in the shower. The unit was well stocked with anything you need.

We have been vacationing at Hilton Head for 25 years. We love the large beaches , biking, tennis, golf, sea life, fishing, crabbing and the wonderful seafood restaurants. The coast is always changing and is different every year. We also have a 2 bedroom villa at Palmetto Dunes VRB0# 1803545

Why they chose this property

We choose this property because it had everything we were looking for in a Villa. We have rented many different villas in different areas all over the island and we keep coming back to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. This villa has an ocean view and a wonderful ocean breeze you can experience sitting on the balcony-it is not blocked by other villas-it is 4 villas back from the ocean and 3rd floor no one above you. It is VERY CLOSE to the beach and easy walk-100 yards. Down the steps and you at the board that takes you to the beach. It also has an ELEVATOR!!! The mid island location makes it easy to get off the island and to explore the surrounding areas. The location is central to anything you may want to see and do on the island.
