We have enhanced our safety protocols, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the unit with hospital-grade sanitizers before each guest's arrival. For convenience and safety, we offer self-check-in to promote social distancing.

The condo is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and a new UHD Smart TV. For extended stays, a laundry facility is available just 500ft away.

Enjoy easy access to Silverado's amenities like the Mansion House, Grill restaurant and bar, Pro shop, and Spa, all within walking distance. Note: The golf course and tennis courts are not available to Airbnb guests, and no resort fee is required as the condo is privately owned.

Pet owners are welcome with a fee of $250/pet/night, payable before check-in to avoid a doubled fee. If bringing two pets for three nights, the fee totals $1,500. Please ensure pets are clean and stay off the beds.

No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the unit within 100 ft. There is a $500.00 minimum fee for smoke remediation if this house rule is broken.

Guests who exceed the standard check-out time will incur a late check-out fee of a minimum of $500 per hour for all unapproved late check outs. This fee is designed to cover the additional resources required for cleaning and preparing the room for the next guest promptly. We appreciate our guests' cooperation in adhering to our check-out policies, as it allows us to maintain the highest standards of service for all visitors. Please be mindful of the specified check-out time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges associated with late departures. If you find you need more flexibility, we recommend extending your stay by an additional night.
