Luxury 6 person villa with private pool, quiet location in the middle of nature.

Kas Tribon is located at Villapark Fontein in the quiet part of Curaçao in the middle of nature. Villapark Fontein is a park with private plots and 24/7 security. The park is under development and has a diversity of low-rise buildings. Kas Tribon is situated on a plot of approximately 700 m2 on a hill. The lot is fully equipped with a fence. There is parking space for two cars within the fence.

The house has 3 spacious bathrooms. Each bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. The first bathroom is directly connected to the main bedroom (ensuite), the second bathroom is between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and the third bathroom is located at the roof of the terrace, right next to the swimming pool.

Immediately upon entering is the kitchen, which is in open connection with the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas hob, gas oven, large American fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pans and accessories. There are also more than enough glasses, cups and crockery (including a set of plastic children's crockery).
Next to the kitchen is the living room. Here you will find a sofa and comfortable rocking chairs.

Directly next to the living room is a spacious porch (covered terrace) with a large dining table and benches. The table and benches are spacious enough for 8-10 people. A BBQ is of course also available!

The porch changes into the terrace, with the swimming pool (6 × 3 meters) at its edge. Next to the pool is the second porch with adjoining bathroom. This porch is equipped with a large lounge sofa and hammock. Everywhere there is an unobstructed view of overgrown hills and the Caribbean Sea on the horizon.

Because of the location of the house on a hill and the prevailing wind direction, there is always a cooling breeze in and around the house. The garden around the house is equipped with tropical plants and palm trees.

The house has three bedrooms, each with two box spring beds. Each bedroom can be arranged as desired with two single beds or one double bed. Bed linen is included in the rent. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom.
The bedrooms are all equipped with modern air conditioning and the possibility to hang mosquito nets (these are present in the house). Large fitted wardrobes are available in all bedrooms. A cot and high chair are available for the little ones.

We have prepared Kas Tribon as complete as possible for a comfortable stay. Of course the following things are not missing: BBQ, Internet with WiFi, Mosquito nets, Bed linen and towels, Washing machine and clothes dryer, Ironing board and iron, Cot and high chair.

There is also a TV and audio / video system; it is possible to play DVDs, BluRays or CDs that you have brought with you. In addition, it is possible to connect via Bluetooth, USB or HDMI equipment such as laptop, tablet, etc. We do not have access to a television signal, but via the audio / video system it is possible to watch the latest news, for example missed by broadcasting. Naturally, guests have the option of using the available internet connection via WiFi.

We were quite pleased with our stay at Kas Tribon. It is in a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed spending the majority of our time in the various outdoor seating areas. We only had to run the air conditioner for up to a half hour before bed and then the ceiling fan for the night.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kas Tribon villa. Nice and quiet gated neighborhood. The villa is clean and neat, supplied with all necessary kitchen and beach stuff. The property manager Diana is very lovely & helpful. Our favorite place was the cabana, it was a very relaxing and peaceful time to sip a coffee or wine, sitting there, enjoying the breeze and the view. We loved it so much that we'd like to come back. Safe, happy and content

This property was everything that we expected it to be, an absolutely beautiful outdoor setting. The interior was very good as well but we spent 90% of our time outside so we were very pleased. It was well stocked, the only thing worth mentioning is an oven of some sort would come in handy but not a big deal. We would be remissed if we did not mention Diana, she was always available, friendly and really added to our stay. In closing, we have no problem recommending this location and would certainly return.

Nice house in a great location

The description and pictures are accurate. Comfortable, clean house, great outdoor living spaces where you can sit and feel the breeze. The pool was wonderful for cooling off after a day of exploring. The house is centrally located. Christoffel mountain, Shete Boka, Willemstad, Sea Trek and several beaches were within 30 minutes or less. Arrival, check-in and check-out were super easy. The directions provided by the owner were very detailed and we had no problem finding the house. The host was prompt when sending us our usage fees for electricity and water and refunding the remaining deposit. Overall great experience, we would absolutely stay here again!

We have spent great Holidays in villa Kas Tribon in the beginning of April 2018. Villa us FULLY equipped by high quality devices, all you may need is there and ready to use! Very cozy villa, very clean and bright, always breezing so we even didn’t used a/c. Villa park is secured and neighborhood is quiet, you would be waked up only by birds singing:) Gorgeous sunsets right on your terrace during you making bbq or just relaxing in pool or on sun-beds!... There was so great that we have spent whole lazy day in villa at the pool with beers or cocktails:)) Villapark is placed in the middle of island, so you will be in the similar distance from the south POIs like Williamstadt or Tugboat beach and from north POIs like Shete Boka national park or Grote Knip beach, also few great beaches like Kas Abao or Port Marie just 10 minutes drive from villa. We saw some buses during driving, but anyway recommend to have a car, because what you would like to see at Curacao placed along whole island. Very friendly and supportive owners, helped us with visa documents and always answered very prompt, very nice and supportive administrator and she responses also really prompt, so only good words about them, no problems at all. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern lief von Anfang an perfekt. Diana, die Managerin ist ein Goldstück. Sie steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus ist Traumhaft schön. Ein Wohlfühlort. Die Zimmer geräumig, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Schaukelstühle auf der Veranda luden ein für den ersten Kaffee am morgen. Pool und Lounge sind so toll. Größe vom Pool für mich perfekt. Die Lounge einfach zum Seele baumeln lassen. Ich war jetzt das dritte Mal auf Curaçao, hatte aber noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Die Lage vom Haus war für uns auch perfekt. Zum Strand Cas Abao ist es ein Katzensprung. Westpunt oder Willemstad sind in ca. 25min. zu erreichen. Ich komme sehr sehr gerne wieder

Dramatic and Peaceful

This is our fourth time in Villapark Fontein and Kas Tribon is by far the best that we have stayed in. In coming to Curacao the outside area is key--one wants to rest and enjoy a fantastic view. Kas Tribon does this hands down. The large comfortable outside sitting area overlooking the beautiful hills and sea is superb. Any issues which arose during our stay were quickly and efficiently handled.. We plan to return next year. Highly recommend this property.

Sehr schönes Haus in zentraler Lage

Das Haus ist traumhaft, genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist durchdacht zb wurden europäische Steckdosen installiert. Ruhige Lage im Zentrum der Insel. Nichts ist in Fussnähe aber innerhalb von 10 Minuten sind mehrere Traumstrände erreichbar. Nationalpark und Wilhemstad sind innerhalb von 25 Minuten. Zeer goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij zijn al diverse keren in deze mooie vakantie villa geweest en elke keer zie je weer nieuwe verbeteringen. Je ziet dat de eigenaren er veel werk van maken om de villa perfect te houden. Er is al veel geschreven over de omgeving en die blijft schitterend. De communicatie met de eigenaren loopt zeer vlot altijd snel en duidelijk antwoord op je vragen. Ze hebben niet alleen veel aandacht voor het huis maar ook een zeer mooie website met mooie foto's. De beheerster Diana staat altijd voor je klaar en is zeer vriendelijk. Wij komen zeker terug en zullen ook onze familie en vrienden attenderen op deze villa.

Mooie, goed verzorgde woning met een fantastisch uitzicht!

Wij zijn hier nu voor het vierde jaar geweest. Het was weer geweldig!! Nog mooier en luxer geworden. Het terras rondom het zwembad, de buiten badkamer en de buiten porche zijn nu voorzien van mooie anti-slip tegels. Een gezellig zitje buiten is erbij gekomen, waar vandaan je een mooi uitzicht hebt over de tuin, de natuur en de zee. Heerlijke plek om te ontbijten of eind van de dag met een hapje en drankje naar de zonsondergang te kijken. Binnen zijn de vaatwasser en de combi magnetron fijne extra's. Veel vakantiewoningen gaan in de loop van de jaren achteruit. Villa Kas Tribon NIET, daar wordt het ieder jaar mooier en fijner. Er wordt goed geluisterd naar eventuele kritiek en iets gedaan met de aanbevelingen van klanten. De beheerster op Curaçao blijft de goede, vlotte en gezellige service geven. Een goed team met elkaar!! We hebben weer genoten!!

Mooie villa op rustige locatie

De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, biedt veel privacy en heeft een mooi uitzicht op de zee. Villapark Fontein ligt op het rustige gedeelte van Curacao, het platteland. Van daaruit is alles goed bereikbaar. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in Kas Tribon.

Prachtige villa op een geweldige locatie

Wij hebben het geluk gehad deze zomer twee maanden op Kas Tribon te verblijven. Kas Tribon ligt in een beveiligd park dat heel mooi onderhouden is. De ligging is centraal op het eiland en je bent op 25 minuten in Willemstad of aan de westkust van het eiland. Ik vind de locatie zo goed omdat je zo dicht zit bij de mooiste stranden van Curacao (Cas Abou - Lagun - Grote knip - Piscado en zelfs Kokomo via de binnenweg aan Sint Willibrordus). De villa is prima in orde. 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers , prima keuken en living. De toptroef zijn het zwembad en de terrassen. Voor ons heel belangrijk aangezien we vooral buiten leefden. Eric stond altijd klaar via mail of chat igv vragen en de huisbewaarster (Diana) stond ook altijd klaar als er iets gedaan moest worden. Een echte aanrader !!!!

Heerlijk huis op uitstekende locatie

We hebben genoten van het huis en de omgeving. Het huis is mooi en zorgvuldig ingericht, het terras en zwembad zijn heerlijk. Fontein vormt een goede uitvalsbasis voor de rest van het eiland en de mooiste stranden zijn vlakbij.
