The fourth Bedroom is Nautical themed (Captain's Lair) with a Queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 flat screen cable TVs (1 Smart TV), DVD player, Bluetooth enabled sound bars, stereo alarm clocks with USB ports, wireless high speed internet access, water softener, ceiling fans throughout. All baths have hair dryers. Spacious deck with porch furniture including table, rockers and cushioned lounge chairs from which to enjoy the magnificent oceanfront views and wildlife sights of dolphins, whales and pelicans. Gas grill and enclosed hot/cold outside shower located on lower level. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys provided. Beautiful floor plan; decorated in a coastal theme and immaculate throughout. Weekly only. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Linens provided with beds made. No additional fees are added to the listed daily rate.

When we visited Emerald Isle for the first time, we fell in love with the family oriented community, unspoiled natural resources, and where "Nice Matters". We knew this was the place where we wanted to spend our future leisure time together.

We were attracted to this property by its outstanding beachfront panoramic views of both the ocean and sound. As we hope to one day retire here, we are willing to share our home with those who appreciate the loving touches that distinguish this unique property and provide a more upscale family environment.
