Beautiful Oceanfront views from this Cottage which has been recently renovated, new roof, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances in kitchen (extra refrigerator on lower level), updated bathrooms and fresh paint throughout. Other updates include furnishings and mattresses. Classic tongue and groove ceilings create the nostalgia of yesteryear beachfront cottages. Central Air/Heat, Dishwasher, WIFI, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, 6 Smart TV’S (no traditional cable), DVD. Charcoal Grill. Conveniently located in the 7000 block of Ocean Drive. Just a short bike ride into town for shopping and restaurants. New outside hot/cold shower with new decking and walkway to the beach. Pet Friendly $250 nonrefundable fee per dog. Rents Sunday to Sunday. Linens provided with weekly stays. No Smoking!

Amazing location, perfect family stay

You can’t beat a place on the beach with a pool. This was a perfect place for our family of three and another family of 4 to enjoy the beach and large deck and pool. Would definitely stay again.

Another fabulous stay at My Point Of View!

This was our 2nd time staying at My Point of View. The house was very clean and well equipped. Love the deck and pool in addition to being right on the beach. Saw dolphins every day!

Wonderful stay at EI

The house was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool and deck were wonderful for enjoying morning morning. The dog loved it too!
