This oceanfront house is a 2 story single home with a private beach access right off the back deck. This house has 5 bedroom, 3 full baths, an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, two full living rooms, two full refrigerators, and full sized washer and dryer. There are beautiful ocean views from the main living spaces on the upper level (kitchen, dining, and living room), and from the two ocean facing bedrooms. The second full living room is located on the lower level and has a 65 inch flat screen TV. This house has a great layout for families and/or friends travelling together and the two living spaces are perfect for providing multiple locations for gathering together.

This house was renovated in 2020 and has many new features inside and out such as new appliances, cabinets and counters (granite in the kitchen), siding, windows, and paint (inside and outside).

Beds are pre-made before your arrival and the linens are removed upon your departure, giving you one less thing to worry about during your vacation.

This house has a deck that extends across the ocean facing side of the house with a portion covered to provide shade. It is perfect for outdoor dining and/or just sitting and relaxing to watch the sunrise and sunset. The proximity of the deck to the beach allows those who are unable to easily traverse the beach the opportunity to more easily watch the fun on the beach.

The house is beautiful. Very close to the ocean. Beautiful ocean front views from 2 of the bedrooms. The large back deck was fantastic. The home offered every amenity possible.

Perfect Beach Escape

Adina and Todd’s house was perfect for our vacation. The space was great for our group which consisted of 6 adults and 3 kids. We loved the extra living space downstairs for the kids to be able to retreat to so the adults could enjoy some peace and quiet. Just steps from the beach, the house had everything we needed. The outdoor shower and wash areas worked out great after long days spent in the ocean. And we loved that there was shade on the upstairs deck to get away from the scorching sun. Any issues that arose were quickly handled by Adina and Todd, they were always quick to respond. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Perfect getaway house

We had a very nice week at this house. The walk from the back deck onto the beach was perfect. We’re able to catch sunrises in the morning and some sunsets in the evening across the street on the sound side. We were fortunate enough to meet a nice woman who walks her dog and she let us sit on her waterfront chairs to watch some pretty sunsets. The rooms worked great for our 2 small families and the convenience of the appliances etc worked just fine. The house was perfectly located to all the activities we did during the week and it was also close to some good restaurants and stores. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a beachfront vacation.

Family Vacation

This place is AMAZING. It was perfect for our family vacation. It is right on the beach. The 2 family rooms were great for shared space. We spent alot of nights on porch star gazing. We really appreciated all the amenities that were available. My husband loved the outdoor shower. Our hosts were very accomodating and very prompt with any question I had. Thank you Adina and Todd. Best family vacation.

Some of our family members have been vacationing in Emerald Isle, NC for generations. We have always loved our trips to Emerald Isle and have years of wonderful vacation memories. In 2010 we were able to move here and we are very proud to call Emerald Isle our home. We love the small town atmosphere and the amenities Emerald Isle and the surrounding area has to offer us and our children.
In 2017 we renovated a beach house ("Isle Escape") and have really enjoyed interacting with the variety of guests who have chosen our house for their vacation memories. Because of all of our guests who made hosting such a positive experience for us, we have undertaken another house renovation to provide a similar vacation experience to our guests. Emerald Isle has a bike path that is approximately 11 miles long and extends through the entire town of Emerald Isle, taking a tour past the various shops and amenities Emerald Isle has to offer.

Stop in at one of the local shops for fresh brewed coffee, ice cream, or candy. Shop for souvenirs, locally made goods, beach and fishing gear, games for a rainy day, or a good book.
