Pet-friendly and host was great to work with. Other family was at a hotel in the community so location was fabulous. No one else was in our building so that was also nice to have the place and parking to ourselves. Very relaxing stay.

We loved this property. We have stayed in Beachwalk Villas before (and loved it) but we really loved the location/privacy of this unit. The unit was decorated nicely and was very comfortable and had all the kitchen utensils needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The golf cart was so fun. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful place to stay! Everything was very clean and the layout of the condo was perfect for a family of 4. The golf cart was the perfect addition to the experience. The only “complaint” we had was how crowded the beach was every day. And all the Sandestin resort chairs took up the whole beach area. That just comes with staying at a resort like this, I guess.

Wonderful spot! Just like the pictures, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and clean! The golf cart was a fun bonus, fishing in the backyard, walkable to ice cream and donuts. Beach access was easy. Sandestin is a little community in itself—walked the property, iced coffees in the afternoon , Baytowne Wharf is out of a storybook at night! We ate breakfast and lunches at home. Walmart pick up for groceries just down the road. Happy to find a few chairs and a sturdy umbrella for the beach. Host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We will be back!

The Villa was as expected & host is very responsive. We enjoyed our vacation and stay in the villa. The golf cart worked great and was convenient for morning drives for coffee and sunrise. Highly recommend.
