Clean and comfortable

We stayed while visiting Yellowstone with our adult children and grandchildren. The place is clean and comfortable with plenty of room to hang out and everything we needed to cook meals.

Just OK

Property was affordable and appliances all worked but the interior was poorly maintained. No AC but the weather was cool enough that it was not too much of a problem while we were there in mid June.

Great for a Family Yellowstone trip

Property was great for our family trip to Yellowstone. Quite close to West Yellowstone (<20 minutes) and right on the golf course :)

We had a great time

The location is very convenient - maybe 25 minute from West Yellowstone. There is a grocery store right at the front of the neighborhood. Checking in and out was easy. The house may be a little more dated than the pictures but it was very comfortable (the kitchen is better stocked with equipment than other vrbo’s we’ve been to) and we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!

Comfortable and filled our needs

Bill, the property owner was very helpful with driving information as a GPS is not always accurate for some areas. Also we couldn't turn one shower on, he called him and he came over and fixed the problem within minutes. This is a great 5 bedroom VRBO and that is what we needed.

Yellowstone celebration

Family gathered to celebrate a graduation and birthday with a visit to Yellowstone National Park. We were purposely there out of season. The house was 20 minutes away from Yellowstone. We even found a doggy day care within 10 min of the house. We were able to tromp around the National park without worrying about the dog restrictions. We had a great time.

Excellent Location - Needs Cleaning

This property is in an excellent location. It was quiet yet close enough to the West Yellowstone entrance. The place is big enough to accommodate a big group of people. It has everything you might need for an extended stay. But, the place needs a deep cleaning. There was mold in all the bathrooms. The grill on the back has the handle broken, and the burner covers are long gone. The place seems that it has not seen a lawn mower in weeks. The place has a lot of potential but needs to be better maintained and taken care of.

Badly needs updating

This house badly needs to be updated and deep cleaned! It is obvious that the listing pictures are from at least 5-10 years ago. Everything was dusty and every room had cobwebs along all the ceilings and in corners. Screens were missing or had holes, the garage door only opened half way so we were unable to park any cars in it, and the basement rooms were damp and musty. There were still crumbs on the table chairs and in the corners of the rooms like someone had hastily surface cleaned but didn't do a very good job. The bbq grill was horrendous and there was no brush to scrape it with. The deck is a hazard and accident waiting to happen since the support beams lean to one side and the railing is so loose we had to make sure to stop anyone from leaning on it. Overall, we were really disappointed regarding the upkeep on this older house for what price we paid to stay there. The pictures feel misleading.

Multiple Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. We stayed with my family of 4 and another family of 3. We also had dogs. There was plenty of space for everyone. We also really appreciated one of the rooms had a sofa with a pull-out couch. My kiddos are younger, and were a little nervous about staying alone in a new home. We were able to just pull the bed out on the couch for them in our room and their stay was great. We really appreciated being able to bring pets. The males in the family were really excited about the heated garage, and it would be perfect for a snowmobiling stay. There were 3 bathrooms with a shower or shower bath and that was awesome. The bathrooms were very clean. The supplies were well stocked. We also really appreciated the fire pit in the backyard. The facility is not pristinely updated, but the carpet and flooring looked new. It was great to have a huge table for everyone to eat at. The living room area also had plenty of sitting space. My only complaint that seems to be a recurring theme is those darn hard floors desperately needed to be cleaned. I wound up sweeping all the hard floors and washing the kitchen floor by hand. There were also various spills that were evident on the walls, and I wiped quite a few off the walls and floor. Because I'm me and it was bugging me. But the carpets were very clean and looked freshly vacuumed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return or recommend it.

Was wonderful! Stayed at this beautiful home with 3 families. Had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Was close enough to the west Yellowstone entrance for us. We enjoyed the west Yellowstone rodeo (18 minutes away), eagle ridge horseback riding (20 minutes away) and lakeside lodge (16 minutes away) where we rented paddle boards and kayaks and played in the lake. Kitchen was stocked with tons of dishes and kitchen appliances. We did not lack for anything we needed. The little store next to the house has plenty of groceries if you are worried about getting groceries before you go. Would definitely recommend!

Vacationing around Yellowstone

The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. The property perfect for our needs, having everything we needed. The house xould have been cleaner in kitchen area, like walls and sink area. Needs some good maintenance attention

Nice but not very clean

The house was nice but not very clean and was in need of repairs. I had to call the renter and have the screen replaced in the master bedroom And my Daughter's bed had bugs in it we had to wash all the bedding
