About this property

Family Villa By The Beach With a Big Garden, Sea Views and Private Parking

This is a spacious, fully air-conditioned family home that is ideal for two couples and up to two kids, just across the road from Fontane Bianche's sandy beaches. It's equipped for year round living with all the home comforts, but is especially idyllic in the Summer months. French doors flood the kitchen and dining room with natural light, providing sea views over the patio and lawn. The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave oven in addition to gas hobs and a full size electric oven. There are two double bedrooms that face the back garden, plus a single room which accommodates two single beds. Two bathrooms have showers, the third has a bathtub. The study contains a desk, a small sofa and plenty of books to browse. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, a flat screen television and a modern log fireplace that powers the central heating.
Outside, the patio is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and awnings for shade in the summer season. A light sea breeze makes it ideal for outdoor dining.
Kids love the large garden which has lemon, orange and olive trees. The barbecue has a large marble worktop and sink.
A separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in the back garden has an extra shower, handy after a day at the beach.
There is private parking for three cars in front of the house.

Perfect chillout close to a nice beach

Our family (mum, dad and our 4 year old) had a very relaxing stay at the house. It is very spacious with everything you need to spend a nice vacation. We really enjoyed it, especially sitting on both terraces with the seaview and the sound of the waves.

A lovely property, and very spacious. Everything we needed, and even a dryer. AC was efficient and the large kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Easy walk to the beach across the street. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great base for family holiday.

A spacious, comfortable house with large garden, easy parking and a short walk to sandy beach. Having a furnished shaded terrace across the length of the house is a real asset. We appreciated the supplies of basic items in the kitchen and the good communication with the hosts.

Nice and clean house with a big and beautiful garden with seaview. Convenient position if you want to visit the south east Sicily. Close to Siracusa, Ragusa, Modica and Noto. A few minutes walk to 2 small beaches. There is a small supermarket nearby. Nice and helpful host.

Very helpful host

Lucia was always very quick at answering all our questions from the time of booking and anything else during our stay. The house is very nicely divided with a very large kitchen well stocked with all you need for cooking. We ate our breakfast on the terrace every morning just off the kitchen looking at the ocean. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Beautiful property with fruit trees and various herbs. Large parking area for two and even 3 vehicles if need be.

Great house, everything you need and more!

There were toys and books for the children, things to use in the kitchen, towels.. Truly everything you will need it was available. The communication with Lucia was great! Receiving and giving the keys back was also very easy. The location is great, very close to the beach(less then 1 minute walking to a small beach and very calm see). The road in front of the house is a busy one (also in the evening) and with little children it’s paying close attention because of partially sidewalks to the beach. There is a little supermarket up the road. We haven’t ate at the restaurant on the beach, but if you walk down the road for 10 minutes you’ll find Fontane Bianche Beach Bar, where you can eat cheap but very good! Thank you Lucia for making your lovely house available to us!

Die Villa ist sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben den Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer genossen. Durch die Nähe zum Strand konnten wir merhmals täglich baden gehen und danach im Garten auf der Liege lesen. Im 100 m entfernten Supermarkt bekommt man alles, was nötig ist. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im benachbarten Casssibile oder in Syrakus.Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren beiden Töchtern sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann die Fenster sehr gut mit Holzläden abdunkeln, so dass es im Haus immer angenehm kühl bleibt. Der Garten ist besonders für Kinder toll, mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und sehr ruhig. Sehr wenige Touristen, wir waren aber auch in der Nebensaison da. Es gibt um die Ecke ein schönes Café und einen Mini-Supermarkt mit frischem Brot, Wurst und Käse. Lucia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem für Familien sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus war gut in Ordnung, genügend Platz, alle Geräte funktionierten und es war sauber. Die Lage ist gerade am Strand und es gibt einen kleinen Laden in der Nähe, der alles Wichtige anbietet. In der Stadt Syrakus oder Avola gibt es grössere Läden und auch eine grosse Auswahl an Restaurant. Enttäuscht waren wir davon, dass am Dorfrand und ausserhalb des Ortes viel Schmutz/Plastik liegt

Tolles Haus für Familien mit Blick aufs mehr und Direkter Strandnähe

Wir durften unseren diesjährigen Sommerurlaub in dem Haus von Peter und Lucia verbringen und können es wärmstes weiterempfehlen. Sowohl die Kommunikation/Organisation mit Lucia im Voraus als auch vor Ort war super und absolut unkompliziert. Wir waren zwei Paare (~30Jahre) plus ein Kleinkind (14 Monate). Das Haus war groß genug für uns alle und ist gut isoliert. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, weshalb wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen Blick aufs Meer und auch der Weg zum Strand ist wie angegeben sehr kurz (2min). Die Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Vor allem im Haus hört man den Verkehr überhaupt nicht. Ein winziger Supermarkt ist ca 200 m entfernt und bietet das Nötigste. Für die großen Einkäufe sind wir in die nächste Stadt gefahren. Auch eine Bäckerei ist ca 300m entfernt. Einziger kleiner Abzug ist die Umgebung, wir fanden es etwas schade, dass es im Ort keine Strandpromenade oder ähnliches gab, um Abends einen Spaziergang zu machen. Aber ansonsten alles top! Danke für den schönen Urlaub :)

Tolles Haus direkt am Strand

Tolles Haus direkt am Strand, schöne Terasse zum Chillen und eine fantastische Outdoor-Küche, bei der es richtig Spaß macht, abends zu Grillen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, so dass wir überwiegend selbst gekocht haben- Restaurants waren dort vorort in der Nebensaison sowieso rar gesät. Man muss ein paar Sachen am Haus beachten, welche uns Peter per Youtube Video gesendet hat. Bei Starkregen (wie wir ihn zum Schluss hatten) sollte man die Fensterläden schließen, sonst läuft das Wasser rein und man kriegt nasse Füße. Kommunikation mit Peter lief super, wir bekamen auch auf die Fragen, die im Video (auf Englisch) erklärt wurden (und wir etwas nachlässig angeguckt haben ;-)) , sofort Antwort.

Perfect house for family with little kids

The house has a very good infrastructure, well equipped and good isolated, so even the temperature were really hot, we hardly used the air-condition. The garden is big and only a few meters away to the beach.

Why they chose this property

It is in a great location overlooking the bay, within easy reach of Siracusa and Noto. The motorway is less than ten minutes away for the airport and longer trips.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with being close to the sea, and being able to get up and flop into the water on a Summer's day. But the garden is a joy too, full of fruit trees and herbs. The house is built of solid stone, so is both cool in Summer and warm in Winter. The barbecue has a great view of the sea that is best appreciated while grilling salsiccia with a cold drink in hand.
