Hi Everyone! We took a break from renting our home, and we are back! We are in the process of changing furniture and painting the walls. The living space and bedrooms will be the same, with different furniture. Will update the photos as we make progress.
We are located on Cheyenne Creek near the Broadmoor Hotel and near hiking and mountain biking trails. Our Creek House is attached to another single residence where the owners reside. There are four steps to reach the front entrance. Our Creek House is unique because the deck is cantilevered over the creek, making you feel like you're camping out. The house has a cozy kitchen a main level half bath and a living and dining area with a gas fireplace. There is Saltillo tile throughout the main level, and a comfy rug is placed near the fireplace. The main level has a flat screen TV, a couch, and two chairs. Before you walk outside to the back deck, there is a round dining room table with four chairs. The back deck has a grill and a bistro table. Twelve steps lead you to your bedroom, which features a king-size log bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is located right next to the bedroom.
A private parking space can be enclosed if needed, providing ample space for one car.

I had just stayed here a couple months ago and was excited to be returning to the area with a friend! I knew exactly where we should stay!! Beautiful and relaxing and Susan always spoils us with snacks and all of extras that you don’t often find provided! Excellent stay again and they are always quick to respond and very helpful in ideas for activities around the area too!

Exactly as we hoped for. Conveniently located to popular attractions. Well kept property with all the amenities you could hope for. The kicker was the mountain stream; beautiful and sound of rushing water was spectacular from your private elevated deck. I’m looking forward to another stay in the future.

The creek side location was perfect. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. It is hard to do the creek justice in a review but it is wonderful and the sound of the small falls was great for relaxing and sleeping. It was very close to everything but felt like we were at a cabin in the woods. The hosts had great communication and were very accommodating.

Wedding at the Broadmoor.

Wanted a place near the Broadmoor Hotel. My daughter wanted to stay near our friends rental property and pick this cute condo. Very please with property. Loved Colorado Springs. Many places to go, things to do. Had a wonderful time with my family. Definitely want to come back.

Beautiful home and very well stocked. Pictures don't do the creek justice. We sat on the porch everyday enjoying listening to the rushing water. At night we fell asleep to the sounds of rushing water. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed going on walks in the neighborhood. We saw deer in the neighborhood several days. Would definitely stay here again.

This property exceeded all of our expectations! Perfect area, close to the Broadmoor and easy in and out. Very beautifully decorated and stocked with all the comforts of home. When we had trouble getting on to the television (user error) the owners were there within 10 minutes to help us out. Over the top hospitality and we would rate this space a 10/10! We will be returning soon!

This property was perfect. We had 4 adults and plenty of room. The stream behind the house was so relaxing. We opened the windows every night while we slept. We had everthing we needed here. I was worried about being so close to other homes but it was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and we even had mule deer in the back by the creek. I would definitely stay here again. Fantastic owners & great location. Splendid, well-equipped accommodations. Quiet neighborhood with lots of natural ambiance. Easy walking/driving distance to interesting food, hiking, & other local attractions. This was a work trip for us, but the "Creek House" provided a great refuge close to the job at hand. A true gem! We frequent the Broadmoor and embrace the beauty this 5 star hotel has to offer to locals and guests. We know the trail systems in COS and frequently you will find us on Pikes Peak!

Why they chose this property

As we have mentioned in the posts feel like we are camping out every night but this type of camping is ideal for people who want a bed and a shower! The location of Cheyenne Canyon is off the charts for outdoor enthusiast or the folks who want to be pampered!

What makes this property unique

Open space, creekside meals, walking distance to a 5 star hotel equal make our home a perfect place to get some R and R. We want our guests to feel at home and feel comfortable in the bedrooms and the living and dining area. We spend a lot of time outside so the deck will be calling you to come outside, sit on our comfortable furniture and watch and listen to Cheyenne Creek. The gas fireplace and comfy couches will allow you to drift away while watching a movie on a 52 inch flat screen TV.
