De accommodatie, de kleine gîte, die we huurden liet sterk te wensen over. Het was er helemaal niet proper: spinnenwebben, stof overal, en als klap,op,de vuurpijl: muizen.. op het aanrecht en op de tafel. Toen we dit (onmiddellijk) meldden bij de eigenaar kregen we het laconiek antwoord: ‘je leeft hier in de natuur hé’. Uiteindelijk werd er niets aan gedaan en hebben we al ons eten dat er was, in afgesloten diepvriesvakken en valiezen gestopt. Het tennisplein, een rood/oranje veld zoals zo mooi op jullie website staat, is in werkelijkheid een niet onderhouden terrein waar lijnen nog amper zichtbaar zijn en waar de doornen welig tieren langs alle zijden op het plein. Dit was de laatste keer dat we met Belvilla geboekt hebben!

De gite ligt aan de oprijlaan van kasteel Mavaleix. Het is een mooi en vooral kindvriendelijk terrein met veel faciliteiten zoals restaurant, speeltoestellen, zwembad en dieren. De eigenaar en personeel zijn klantgericht en vriendelijk. De gite is geschakeld met een grotere gite en is qua ruimte goed voor 4 pers. Aan de achterzijde is het terras , dat vanwege de buren en aanliggende tennisbaan beperkte privacy heeft. De gite zelf heeft wat onderhoud nodig (8-2017) en de eigenaar geeft aan dit te zullen meenemen.

Che gemma nascosta! La cottage a Chaleix era stupenda con il suo bellissimo giardino e il tranquillo stagno, Ci è piaciuto fare barbecue la sera e godere della piscina condivisa durante le giornate calde, Gli host erano incredibilmente accoglienti e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, L'area è perfetta per andare in bicicletta ed esplorare i castelli vicini, Altamente raccomandato per una vacanza in famiglia!

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Kees. Woning was netjes en voorzien van alle gemakken. Alleen jammer was het ontbreken van zonwering voor het raam op de overloop en de keuken, bij mooi weer liep de temperatuur hierdoor in de woning snel op. Hebben we opgelost door handoeken voor de ramen te hangen. Locatie is top, veel ruimte, natuur en dieren bij het Chateaux, wat onze kinderen geweldig vonden. Uitkomst is ook de mogelijkheid om op ma t/m wo eten te bestellen in het aanwezige café (wordt zelfs tot in het huisje bezorgd). Ook het restaurant is een aanrader, goed eten en de bediening (Jo) doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Kortom een aanrader deze locatie.
