This is an older, very clean home in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out in their lovely backyard and taking morning walks in the beautiful neighborhood. They do not have central air but there is an air conditioner in the main bedroom and fans in all other rooms.
This property was great. Close to my daughter and had everything we needed for a great stay during the Thanksgiving week. Would recommend and will stay again.
This home was a great place to stay in Ft Collins. Close enough to downtown but far enough away to have quiet evenings. Yard was great for our dog as well. Home is cozy and had everything we needed during our stay.
We spent Christmas here with our kids and two dogs and it was perfect. Great location and the hosts were so incredibly helpful if we had any questions. Highly recommend this location really close to everything!
We loved the VRBO!! Great location, loved the house and back yard for our fur baby. Couldn’t have been a better stay. The hosts were great and the communication was great! Would highly recommend if you’re in the Fort Collins area! We would def book with them again! Beds were super comfy too! 😊
I loved the backyard and it was completely fenced and perfect for the dog. The patio was so nice and the home was neat and comfortable. Our host was easy to communicate with, overall excellent
We were displaced by construction and this was a perfect home away from while that was finished up. Clean, well appointed and centrally located. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.
We had a great stay! We hosted a gathering Friday night of our stay and really enjoyed the back patio and yard!
Thank you for a clean and comfortable place to stay.
Hope we left a light footprint!
We had a great experience as we helped move our student into a new apartment by the campus. Convenient location, great backyard for our dog, nice walkable neighborhood. The host was very gracious. The house was perfect for our family needs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Its convenient location near Old Town made it easy to access dining and shopping options. There were plenty of outdoor activities nearby, including playgrounds for our little one. The house itself is spacious, offering ample room to relax and find some quiet time when needed. We highly recommend it for families and anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located home in Fort Collins.
I have rented two properties from Dawn over the last 4 years and have been pleased with the entire experience...she is responsive and always happy to help
We stayed at this property with our dog for two weeks. The home is older and a bit "vintage" but it was a very comfortable place to stay while visiting our family in Fort Collins. The house was very clean and easy to keep clean even with a pet underfoot thanks to hard wood floors throughout. The backyard was fully fenced, beautiful, and very private -- it felt like an oasis in the city. This house is also in a great location, in the center of Fort Collins and convenient to everything, yet it is also very quiet inside and out (not always the case with rentals in FC). We had a great stay and will definitely return again! Thank you, Dawn!

Needs TLC updates!
Bed was comfortable, nice linens and towels. Nice backyard for dogs with convenient door from laundry room.
Home is dated, windows drafty, hodge podge of dishes, cooking pans cruddy, kitchen doors won't stay closed, poor yellow/amber lighting throughout home. Would be nice to have an area rug somewhere to do floor stretches and exercises.
The home was lovely.
Two things that would have made the stay better
1. Some coffee pods there was a nice coffee maker and no pods
2. Air conditioning - it was a extremely hot the few days we stayed and one window unit in the main bedroom didn’t keep the house cool.

Fenced Yard
The house was great with a fenced yard! Traveling with dogs we really appreciated that fenced yard. Home was very clean and as described. The problem was trying to get in. The owner forgot to send us the access code. I ended up calling customer service and was on hold about 20 minutes…they could not give us the code but gave us contact for the owner. Once we got a hold of the owner she gave us the wrong code so we needed to call her back,
The property is exactly as marketed.
The master bed was very comfortable.
The shower water pressure is great. The pots and pans are very worn. I personally will not use worn non stick pans.
The owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. For summer renters, there is a window air conditioner in the master bedroom only. The yard was great for our small gathering and yard game of Kuub. The house had games, Kill the Bunny was fun and entertaining! We will be purchasing this game!
As many reviewers have stated, the interior of this property is rather 'tired', furnished with old furniture, no rugs, scratched hardwood floors, and limited kitchen utensils (no mixing bowls, no placemats or napkins, and limited supplies), however the location and back yard make up for what the interior is lacking. In reality, the house serves every need. The beds are not high end, but comfortable, and the bathroom has been redone with a large walk in shower, great shower head and lots of hot water. There were several portable fans throughout the house, and two bedrooms had ceiling fans, but I imagine the house could get hot during a summer heat wave. The master bedroom has a plug in (window) AC unit, but the window blinds haven't been cut around the unit, so if it is used, the blinds on this window have to stay pulled up half way, letting in outside light. The back yard has a large covered porch with a large table and chairs for eating outside. This provides a great alternative to sitting at the dining room table or in the living room. The location of the house is across from a middle school, so there is activity during school hours and cars are parked along both sides of the street, but we kept the front blinds closed and the activity didn't pose any problems. I would stay at this house again, as long as the weather was good enough to use the backyard. Not the most beautiful VRBO, but completely functional.
We moved to Fort Collins as newly weds 25 years ago. The road trip to Colorado was our honeymoon. We have since managed to take a more traditional honeymoon, but we wouldn't have changed anything. We initially moved to Fort Collins to go to graduate school at CSU, but it didn't take long to know that this would be our forever home. This property is the first home we purchased. We love it dearly and are excited to share it with our guests.

What makes this property unique
Close to all of Fort Collins' attractions! CSU is just down the street, and Old Town is a seven minute bike ride. The Spring Creek Trail is just a stones throw away, connecting users to over 30 miles of paths through, in, and around the city. Delightful!
