The accommodation is located in a very quiet small collective, a stone's throw from the town center.

The studio opens onto a pretty semi-covered terrace facing east / south-east (12m2) with an enclosed garden, it allows you to take all meals for most of the year.

5 min walk from all amenities.

Bright and functional studio completely renovated.

- Kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, toaster, electric citrus press, frying pans, pans, pie dish, for roasting...

- An outdoor cooking point for grilling or cooking seafood.

- The bathroom is equipped with storage for your toiletries, towels and a thermostatic tap, hairdryer.

- A large closet in the entrance of the studio.

Semi-covered ground floor terrace allowing lunch outside almost all year with a view of Carnac, Trinitée-Sur-Mer, entrance to the Golf du Morbihan.

Note: The accommodation has a configuration for the day and for the night.
- The main bed is a real 140 bed on a slatted base. The Murphy bed leaves a large living space during the day.

- The sofa / bed is comfortable and can be separated by a screen.

This accommodation is ideal for a maximum of 4 people.

We provide 2 towels per person per week, as well as bed linen. Remember to bring your beach towels.

You can have a common room to store your bikes, windsurfing

Private outdoor parking is available.

The kéraude beach is at the foot of the residence: family, uncrowded and fine sand. To be able to swim without crossing the street!
The town center 5 min walk from the promenade Eric Tabarly, the typical port of Portivy 15 min walk from the trails.

Beautiful appartement only meters from a stunning beach

Very welcoming host and a clean cozy appartement. The view from the terrace in the morning is stunning. Sparkling sea so beautiful. The bed was comfortable and shower excellent. A very good holiday and we would recommend this appartement.
