L'investissement du propriétaire dans ce T2 était un bon choix. L' appartement est plutôt bien dans l'ensemble. Cependant le contact avec le propriétaire est quasiment impossible.De plus la propreté du lieu n'était pas au rendez-vous.La réactivité de la conciergerie à régler les petits problèmes est proche de zéro. Quiberon reste un endroit magnifique mais pour un autre séjour nous choisirons un autre logement.Il suffirait de pas grand-chose pour en faire un appartement de choix... Et pourtant cela n'est pas fait...
