Apartment with swimming pool for 4 people very bright thanks to its large picture window overlooking a terrace of 8m2. Quiet, view of greenery in a tree-filled residence, close to the sea (300m) and the city center of Palavas les Flots (10mn on foot).
It consists of a very pleasant and comfortable living room with TV (free), and with equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven, hob, coffee maker), an independent bedroom with a BZ, and a mezzanine (2 single beds). Neat layout with plenty of storage.

The residence is secure. It has a supervised swimming pool and private parking spaces.
Optional services: (requested exclusively when booking.):
-Bed linen: 10 € per pair.
-Final cleaning: € 60
-Baby equipment (cot + high chair + Bath): 30 euros for the stay.

Awful apartment

Dirty on arrival. No oven just a microwave. Furniture awful. No sofa. Toilet was the worst I have experienced with an unhygienic foam toilet seat that kept Falling off. Front door jammed so could only open half way. Shower the smallest ever!! Tap in sink broken. Not 300m from the sea as described. Half a mile walk. Worst apartment we have ever stayed in. Will not use again reluctant to use HomeAway again.

Je suis très étonnée de votre commentaire concernant votre séjour dans mon appartement car ce n'est pas le ressenti que vous m'avez donné lors de notre rencontre ! Votre description donne le sentiment que mon appartement est insalubre ! ! Alors qu'il correspond à la description et aux photos qui sont sur le site. Le four est multifonction et je regrette que vous n'ayez pas trouvé le mode d'emploi qui est aussi dans votre langue ! L'appartement est à 10 mn de la plage le plus proche je ne connait pas le chemin que vous avez emprunté ! Je suis désolée que vous avez trouvé l'appartement sale à votre arrivé, mais le ménage a été réalisé par mes soin et je me sent un peu insulté ! Enfin, je suis désolée de vous avoir laissé un si mauvais souvenir... mais mon appartement n'est pas un 5 étoiles et les promesses annoncées dans l'annonce sont tenues.

Ville très agréable ,et il y a tout sur place

La propriété est agréable l'emplacement est non loin de la piscine et on se trouve à 300 m à pied de la mer c'est une ville accueillante et bien placée. On peut y faire des balades à chevaux dans les étangs Calmon loin de la Camargue .au niveau aquatique il y a jet ski, parachute ,bouée tractée. Tous les matins vous pouvez aller au port chercher le poissonqui a été pêcher la nuit. il y a un super boulanger Eugène le long du port qui propose même le petit-déjeuner le matin avec une formule super agréable.je vous conseille de découvrir cette belle région.
