Boat ramp in back yard perfect to launch the 3 kayaks included with this home stored in the garage along with paddles and life jackets.

What a great waterfront home this is! The beautiful wide sandy beach is only a 3 minute walk away. There is a pedestrian walk and so lucky to have this beach access on this road. You will walk into this large 4,000 sq.ft.home with character. Game room with cypress walls will put you back in time with the Old Florida Key West feeling. This large room is on the entry level. Pool table, bar with high top stools, electronic darts, TV, built in bunk beds, bathroom with tiled shower. Door to the pool area, screen porch with table and chairs. TV, refrigerator, and freezer. Awesome views of the sunsets over the waterway and large heated pool.

Refrigerator on screen porch for your pool side drinks and a deep freezer in case you catch lots of fish. Also, Broil King quality 5 burner gas grill by the pool.
As you walk up the wide stairway you will feel like you are in paradise. Rear of home has 4 custom wide glass doors to enjoy the most beautiful water views and sunsets you have ever seen. Watch the sailboats and yachts go by and the dolphins playing while relaxing in the heated pool or hot tub. After taking in the views, maybe you are musically inclined to play the Baby Grand Piano. This is for you to enjoy. There is a large dining table with extra chairs to seat 10.
The large master bedroom has a king bed for comfort. A large TV and quality linens and blanket. Tiled master bathroom with tub/shower. 42" smart TV. A large walk in closet for your belongings. This master bedroom has large glass doors to the top deck with beautiful large trek table and umbrella and extra quality trek furniture to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Beautiful views from this room and the deck.
Kitchen, living room, and master all have large customs glass doors to the top deck.
The great room has a very comfy sofa you will probably fall asleep in, 65” smart TV. Views of the waterway from this room also.
Second bedroom has a large queen sleigh bed and a twin bed. This room also a smart TV.
The third bedroom has another queen size bed, twin bed, and a 32' TV in this room. Tiled bathroom with shower between these two bedrooms.
The fourth bedroom is another master suite with king bed and private bathroom with shower and a close up 32” Smart TV. All bedroom furniture is of high quality.
Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with double ovens, stainless small appliances, Stainless refrigerator with water/ice in door, Kitchenaid stainless dishwasher, 100 sq. ft. of granite counter tops, 48 cabinets with all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils you will ever need.
More beautiful views from the kitchen with glass doors to the top deck with stairs to the pool area. The home has a fishing dock which many people have caught flounder,red fish,cat fish, shark,etc. Short fence all along the seawall for safety for small children and pets. Best of all and very unique your own private boat ramp in the back yard. Bring your small boat and enjoy fishing or perfect for jet skiis. Large garage with doors in the front and back of the garage to utilize the boat ramp for the kayaks, but a taller or larger boat may use the boat ramp only 500 feet away. This is a neighborhood boat ramp that is perfect to launch a larger boat. Perfect for your home since you are two doors away. You will truly enjoy this awesome home. You will have a great time!!!
Portable crib, high chair, and other baby items are also available for your use.
You will love this home and want to return year after year. This huge heated pool is great for swimming laps or just relaxing and enjoying the views. New privacy vinyl fence with security gate.

Great vacation choice

Our family enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, game room, as well as fishing from the dock. Location great for touring St. Augustine and enjoying local seafood. We also enjoyed driving on the beach! And, fenced yard great for our dogs--having plenty of room w/o having to be on leash.

Wonderful escape

We had an amazing week enjoying this home and property. The owner provided everything we needed for our stay - pool toys, life jackets, kayaks, games. We had a relaxing week getting away from home. The sunsets were unbelievable and we really liked watching the pelicans fly by the house.

Great Property

This home is all that it says and more. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and hot tub, the short walk to the beach, the game room, the large dining room to fit all 10 of us and I could go on, but I think you get the idea. I highly recommend this property.

Donna was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is a bit dated, and didn’t seem as clean as we would have liked; but overall we really enjoyed the experience. The pool and hot tub are great; the deck and dock are second to none.

Fantastic everything!

We spent Christmas 2023 here with my two adult sons and their girlfriends. The house itself was perfect: tons of room, beautiful location, and St Augustine is just amazing. The kitchen was so well-stocked, and the manager was super attentive. Great rental!!! We rented a boat and docked it 1/2 mile up the road and spent lots of time on the intercoastal.

The house is an excellent spot for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, read, watch the birds, dolphins and passing boats. The hot tub is very relaxing. There are so many amenities you never have to leave - from fishing, to swimming, to kayaking, to game room this home has everything you need. We love Crescent Beach and try to come once a year around Labor Day with our whole family. The property is about a 5 min walk to the beach. Donna was a great host. Very accessible and communication was excellent. Roomy house with nice pool that the kids enjoyed. Plenty of beach towels, beach toys and chairs to use. We appreciated her kindness to us.

Stunning views, lovely deck and pool area, plentiful amenities

The property was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and had ample space for our family of 7 with age ranges from 1 to 69. The large heated pool and screened lanai provided hours of fun. Keeping the toddlers (1 and 3) away from the stairs proved challenging in the beginning but we were able block them off using a gate/fence supplied by the host. Additionally, our host was very responsive and quick to reply to our questions. We would definitely recommend this property.

Hubbard Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation! We had a four year old and seven year old with us. They had a blast! The large pool was perfect for everyone. Our son caught a bonnet head shark and several catfish off the fishing dock. The sunsets were amazing. Morning coffee on the deck was a must. We loved how the home was set up and was perfectly supplied. Donna was wonderful and very accessible. An amazing time was had by all.

I became a Realtor in 1996 in the Gainesville area and was the top selling agent. I have always loved the beach. Grew up in Hollywood, Florida and live there for 30 years. With my real estate commissions I started to buy properties in St. Augustine. First home was in 1996 and then 2003-2005 bought 4 more homes. I loved decorating them and love the compliments I receive for my well stocked homes and beautiful decor. I moved to St. Augustine from Gainesville area/Williston in 2003 and live near my vacation properties.

I have always wanted a beautiful home on the water. This home has so much character and is so unique. It has everything you would ever want or need. Huge volleyball pool, hot tub, boat ramp, fishing dock, game room, pool table, foosball, electronic darts, baby grand piano, and what a great view! This home is awsome and I had a vision with my decorating talent to make it perfect for you! Off the fishing dock....guests have caught many fish.

What makes this property unique

Boat ramp in your own back yard!!! A single kayak for your use. I used to have tandem kayaks but guests dragged them, since so heavy to carry. They did not last long. Since the single kayak is so much easier to carry.
Baby Grand Piano, Pool Table, Foosball, Electronic Darts.
On the waterway and walk to the beach. Something to do for everyone. Great floor plan. You will love this home!!!
