Pro;Super Lage, tolle Aussicht, schöner Pool, große Veranda, schön riuhig gelegenContra;leider keine Klimaanlage (war uns bekannt) aber im Sommer ist die unbedingt notwendig! teilweise renovierungsbedürftig (Terassenbelag, Schiebetür schwergängig, Türklinke lose), der Pool ist nach 1 Woche umgekippt weil er nur 1 mal pro Woche gereinigt wurde!!Eine schöne Unterkunft aber etwas zu teuer für den Zustand...achja fast jeden Tag war früh ein Handwerker am Gartenzaun am arbeiten.Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn eine Klimaanlage installiert ist.

Dieses Haus ist völlig heruntergekommen. Die Bilder sicher uralt. Die Duschen sind schimmlig, die Toilettensitze komplett abgenutzt, Tisch und Stühle im Aussenbereich kurz vorm Zusammenbrechen. Es gibt keine Klapp- oder Rolläden, dh. das Haus heizt sich unerträglich auf. Der Strom fällt immer wieder aus und der Pool war aufgrund def. Pumpe nicht nutzbar. Zahlreiche Steckdosen funktionieren nicht. Wir mussten mehrfach auf einen Elektriker warten, die Verkabelung ist desolat. Es gibt weder Kaffeemaschine noch Kaffeekanne. Garten und Poolbereich sind völlig verwahrlost, Vorhänge halb herunter gerisssen, Herd verrostet usw. usf. Im Umfeld zahlreiche Häuserruinen. Einzig die ursprüngliche Bepflanzung und der Ausblick ist positiv.

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub

Das Haus hat eine super schöne Lage. Es war aber nur oberflächlich geputzt. Es gibt viele Ameisen die stören aber weniger und es gibt ja auch Mittel gegen die kleinen Biester. Der Pool ist prima und auch für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Das Meer hinterm Haus (ca.200m) ist toll. Ein Kiesstrand zum schnorcheln, einfach toll. Wir waren da fast immer allein. Bei Fragen und kleinen Problemen lief die Kommunikation gut aber man muss dranbleiben, es dauert immer ein wenig bis Hilfe kommt. Ausflugsziele gibt es in der Nähe nur wenig, man muss ca.1h mit dem Auto fahren. Alles im allen ein schöner Urlaub den wir genossen haben.

Herrliche Villa

Mit zwei Erwachsenen und teilweise vier Jugendlichen (zwei waren nur vorübergehend da) haben wir unsere Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen. Zu sechst geht es, aber es ist schon eng. Aber es ist sehr gut, dass es zwei Bäder gibt. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit Daniela hat super und prompt in allen Belangen geklappt. Die Küchenausstattung ist ziemlich gut. Die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Traum und der Pool ist auch wunderbar. Der Strand hinter dem Haus ist wild und schön im Wasser gibt es viele Quallen. Der Strand le Saline ist mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt und traumhaft. Endlos lang , weißer Sand und azurblaues Wasser. Ein traumhafter Ort zu Baden, Lesen, Abschalten und zur Ruhe kommen.

Un paradiso!

Con la famiglia 5 persone abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa villa a Stintino PARADISE COUNTRY. Villa, in posizione straordinaria domina il villaggio e il mare. I miei figli adoravano fare colazione in terrazza e guardare il mare. Giardino ampio e unico con piscina esclusiva, i ragazzi la adoravano. Consigliata a famiglie con bambini e ragazzi o coppie con amici. Perfetta in tutto. Le ragazze sono disponibili e i manutentori professionali e discreti. Forse il parcheggio un po’ scomodo almeno per me che non sono molto abile nella manovra. IL villaggio è servito con ogni tipo di negozi e l’animazione ottima. Il Mare è le spiagge sono uniche. La PELOSA troppo piena, ma andavamo spesso di pomeriggio: Un paradiso!

Perfekter Urlaub! Perfect holiday at a paradise

Super Gegend um Stintino. Traumhafte Strände. Location und Terasse war mit perfekter Aussicht und Sonnenaufgang. Sonnenuntergang 3 Minuten entfernt. Top Strände mit christallklarem Wasser und weissem Sandstrand nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Liegenschaft ist in einem Village höher gelegen. Einfach ein toller Platz zum Urlaub machen. 100 % Empfehlung! Wir kommen wieder!

It was simply a wonderful holiday!

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks. Sardinia is wonderful! The villa has a great sea view so when you stay in the pool you can enjoy it. Another thing that we liked was the possibility of outdoor dining. The girl who does the reception was very kind and helped us to organize our excursion to the island of Asinara. I hope to return in Sardinia another time!
