The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.

We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.

Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.

In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.

“Charleston Oceanfront Villas 403 THE GOOD LIFE” is a penthouse oceanfront 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo with breathtaking views of Folly Beach and the pier. This comfortable condo has an open floor plan allowing the ocean and pier views to be seen from the kitchen as well as the living and dining area. They both also have his/her sinks. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and private baths as well. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. This villa has tile flooring running through the entire condo, painted, gorgeous furniture in the living room. The kitchen features alluring granite counters with a brand-new refrigerator, along with a fully equipped kitchen. This condo is fun and easy to live in.

The Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex only 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and just steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. This condominium amenities include 2 oceanfront (seasonal) pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. Both pools are open each year from April 1- October 31st!
