Welcome to Oceanfront Dream at Folly Beach, SC. This is a renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bath luxury condo. This executive unit is located on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building. Two master suites with oceanfront views and balcony access, one queen bedroom, and one twin bedroom with 2 beds. Four full baths, including one rain shower in largest master suite.

Shiplap throughout main living area. Black granite kitchen counter tops, rugs on tile floor in bedrooms and living room, Italian marble dining table, large flat screen TV and cream leather furniture in living rom. TVs in all bedrooms and a 35 foot oceanfront balcony.

This vacation home, Oceanfront Dream, is ready for gatherings of friends and families. It is designed and furnished for guests who expect "a bit more" from a vacation villa- a classy, elegant, and comfortable environment.

This condo was amazing. We have been coming to Folly Beach for the last several years now and this is hands down the nicest place we have stayed at. Great view, on the beach clean, and close to all the restaurants/bars. We will continue to book when coming to the area.

Wedding Weekend on Folly

We were very happy with this unit and would definitely stay here again. Clean, beds comfortable and great balcony overlooking the ocean. Loved being able to walk everywhere in Folly for meals.

Great Beach Getaway!

The condo was beautiful. Great location with a gorgeous ocean view. There was plenty of space for 2 families. The owner was quick to respond to and fix a minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back.

Everything went great. Owner communicated immediately. Lovely furnishings. Location right in town is great for restaurants and pier. Must go VERY early to eat or 2 hr wait.

Excellent rental

Loved the decor and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Condo is also stocked with extras- board games, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. The owner also responded very quickly to all requests. Will definitely plan to return to Oceanfront Dream!

Love it!

This is a wonderful place to stay! Perfect location right on the beautiful beach! Love the ocean view, it's priceless. Walking distance to the restaurants, shops, & Pier. Two beautiful pools and beautiful sunrises. Very clean and well maintained. Listing & photo's are accurate. We would love to stay here again in the future!!!

Such a Beautiful Place

My family (8 of us) ranging from 23 to 97 all enjoyed the beautiful condo by the sea. It is large and comfortable with amazing ocean views and close enough to Charleston to easily enjoy the attractions in town. Ms Goodwin was most helpful and very nice to deal with. The younger ones enjoyed the ocean and I personally, had a wonderful time sitting on the balcony and watching the water. There were restaurants close by and I particularly enjoyed the Clam Shack. This is a wonderful spot for a family getaway.

OCEANFRONT VACATION

This condo was very spacious and we loved the large balcony which spanned the living room and both master bedroom suites. It was a little bit of a rocky start as our first showers were luke warm and not enough warm bedding or extra pillows available the first night. However the new hosts were very accommodating and corrected the issues right away. We loved having four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, however it's time to replace the mattresses and update the bathrooms. But the unit is very clean and we loved the location!

Clean, beautiful condo

The location of this condo is the best in Folly! Beautiful oceanfront view from the balcony, nice pools on the property and an easy walk to several restaurants, coffee shops and the local grocery. The condo is very spacious. The storage closet is so helpful for beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Private bathrooms with each bedroom is a major plus. Plenty of storage in the kitchen to make meals for the week. The only downfall of the check in process is the speed (and lack of air conditioning) of the elevators. It seems like most people check in on Saturday, so there is quite a long wait between 4p - 8p. We would definitely return to this condo in the future!

Our Folly Beach Stay!!!!

This unit was beautiful! The view was awesome and the location of the Condo was just perfect for us!! We enjoyed the proximity of the pool to the beach!! We took turns going from one to another so it was nice how they are situated so close together. And the view of the ocean from the pool is great!! We really appreciated all the luggage carts that were available in the garage. Made it so easy to load one up and take all of our stuff in one fell swoop! We thought the unit itself was laid out perfectly and fit all of our needs! Only one suggestion it would be nice to have a public restroom down by the pool! I realize that would require upkeep to keep it clean but it would be nice instead of having to run up the room every time! We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning !!!

Paradise at Folly Beach!

My husband and I were visiting our friends at this condo and decided to hang around for the upcoming Pat Benatar concert in Charleston. We had never been to Folly Beach and found it to be a tiny Paradise. We parked our car and didn't move it for a week. Restaurants, shopping, and music are all within walking distance. We loved The Lost Dog Cafe for breakfast and the Irish Pub for dinner and music. The condo is superbly located within the building, and the pictures do not do it justice. Every detail lets you know that the owners want to offer a classy place; and the view off the balcony is to die for! We loved watching the surfers and loved seeing the dolphins swimming in the ocean. We spent hours on the beach just walking and listening to the waves. And Happy Hour on the balcony was always a delightful way to end the day. It is tastefully furnished, the kitchen is well-appointed, and the privacy of en-suite bathrooms is spectacular. We plan to get our family together here next summer - it's a bit too chilly in April to use the pool, although some folks did venture into the ocean. We have two married children and 2 grandchildren, so I expect that we will take full advantage of this condo and everything that Folly Beach and Charleston have to offer! Really, really great place!!

Family Vacation

This is our 2nd year at Folly Beach and this condo. The location is fantastic with so many restaurants and shops in walking distance. We enjoyed the gorgeous beach and pool every day. Our host Sarah made checking in with ease and was very responsive to all my questions prior to our trip

Perfect location!

We recently stayed for the Cooper River Bridge Run. We could not have been happier with the property; it was clean and spacious. Additionally, it is within walking distance of all things great on Folly. Sarah was a gracious host and was responsive to our questions.

Beautiful condo on the beach

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and huge! I could not believe how large it was. There were five of us there for a long girls weekend. Everybody had plenty of privacy. The location was amazing. We were able to walk everywhere. The property was very clean, and the property management was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I definitely would stay there again. The only complaint I have is that the elevators were down. Only one elevator in the whole building was working, and it even broke down a couple times. Other than that, it was an amazing stay. Would definitely book again.

Great getaway!
