Santa Teresa Bungalow perfection!

We could not have been happier with our property choice! Perfect location, comfort, cleanliness and staff support! We were so relieved to see that our bungalow was located at the bottom of the hill and just above the pool… beautiful balcony. We loved our stay!

Great location

This property was perfect for us. It's right across the road from the best surf break in Santa Teresa, there's restaurants and a market withing walking distance. Property manager was responsive and huge help with booking surfing lessons, ATVs, etc. We would stay here again the next time we come to Santa Teresa.

North end gem!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The apartment was fantastic. We came at the end of the rainy season, and boy did it rain, luckily the apartment has a covered outdoor sitting area. It was so nice to be able to sit outside and listen to the rain. We also liked that it is a gated complex, we feel that ST is pretty safe, but it's still nice to know that the place is being looked out for. The grounds of the complex are very well kept and beautiful. The pool area is also very nice. We really enjoyed being on the north side of town, it felt a little quieter and there are a couple really great restaurants within a 5 minute walk *The OSO restaurant is a must!! We went there our first night, and came back two more times during our 5 day stay. Beach access is only a 2 minute walk away. We don't have one negative thing to say about this place. We would recommend this place to anyone, and we would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The beach is a few minutes away in foot. We loved having breakfast at Cafe Cafca every morning, which is two doors down. The pool on the grounds is lovely. The property manager was helpful and corresponded quickly via WhatsApp. Great stay! Would love to return for another stay!

Excellent location close to the best beach in the area.

Property was exactly as described. The community pool and swing set were perfect for our 6 year old. Close to everything from dining, grocery store and of course the beach.
