Located one mile from Saratoga Performing Arts Center and 3.5 miles form the Saratoga race track and down town. This well maintaned home is in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood with 1/2 an acre of garden and plenty of off road parking.
The house has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, plus a study with a double sized bed. There is a well appointed eat-in kitchen, formal dining, living room and sunroom.

Another GREAT Weekend in Saratoga!

This is the 3rd summer we've stayed, and every time the house and accommodations don't disappoint! The house is so cozy and beautiful! Everything we need is always provided, and there's plenty of space inside and outside. I just wish we had stayed longer!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, great property.

Close enough to the tracks yet far enough to get away from the crowds. Short drive to town, grocery store. Loved our quiet evenings with our friends. Owners was very responsive and had the location ready with coffee and other amenities for our visit.

Here's a short review for your VRBO stay: --- We recently enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful house in Saratoga, NY. The home is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beautiful backyard with a grill is perfect for relaxing and dining outdoors. Plus, it's conveniently close to the track. Highly recommended!

Perfect 🐎

The feeling you get when you walk through the front door is that you are visiting a very good friend. The house is not your typical VRBO rental- it is warm, fully appointed, and beautifully decorated. We were 4 couples and very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in a well stocked kitchen.The house is in a well manicured, quiet neighborhood. It is a short drive to town and the racetrack. This house added to a wonderful weekend and we can’t wait to return next year!

Perfect weekend getaway for 3 couples!

What a wonderful weekend! 3 couples stayed at the property and enjoyed SPAC for Chris Stapleton Friday and the races on Saturday. The check in and communication process was fantastic and the home was just perfect! So clean and charming. Inviting and plenty of space inside and outside to enjoy everyone’s company. They have various nice amenities (welcome basket, basic items in fridge and pantry, towels/linens, etc). Very very happy with our experience and will look to come again. Thank you!

Travers weekend

My family of 7 stayed the weekend for my dads 60th bday & the house fit us all very comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to eat at home with a grill to use and a beautiful patio. we had a bonfire both nights there was wood all set to use and the house is in a nice neighborhood 5miles from downtown. The house was very clean and modern, thanks again!

Amazing Saratoga Trip

This property was amazing for a group weekend trip to Saratoga! The house was beautiful and very very well kept. Also very convenient that it was a quick 10 minute Uber to the track and downtown. The owner is very responsive when contacted and makes the check in/check out process nice and easy. Awesome experience overall !!

Wonderful Stay!!

We found this property at the last minute and are so happy it was available. Great location in beautiful neighborhood-10 minutes to either downtown or track and so convenient to highway. House was immaculate with plenty of room to lounge around. The kitchen/family room area was great for gathering. We didn't use the patio as it was 100 degrees in Saratoga this weekend so the Central Air was very welcoming but it would have been great to sit outside with the outdoor living room area. Beds were very comfy. We were 4 couples and the 2 1/2 baths was very convenient. We hope to stay there again next year if it is available. Owner responded very quickly for any inquiries and was so helpful with suggestions.

In town for daughters wedding gave the girls a great place to get ready. Close to stores and quick Uber to Town to avoid parking during races. Great host very responsive highly recommend.
