We were visiting Asheville for the first time and found the apartment well located (close to Biltmore and downtown), clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We’d happily stay again!
Super clean with the exception of the shower curtain liner and the shower knob having mildew. Bed was comfy. Stairs outside have zero lighting and had to use the light on our phones walking up in the dark. There’s an auto light at the top of the stairs, but unless you’re 6’ tall like my fiancé, it will not detect you and doesn’t come on. And it only comes on when someone that tall is exiting the doorway. Stairs are extremely slick in the rain and need grips. If you’re a light sleeper, this spot isn’t for you. Although we loved the apartment and the location, we did not sleep much. Between the garage door opening and closing at 6:30am, 7:30am and other multiple times every single day and the small child screaming next door (extremely thin walls), the apartment is rarely quiet. The dryer in the laundry room had a crescent wrench to use to turn the knob. It’s like playing roulette to find the right setting if you’re doing laundry. We could even hear the neighbors and the child over the TV in the opposite corner of the room. Again, beautiful and clean apartment but just way too noisy for us to enjoy.
This is a comfortable apartment away from the buzz of downtown Asheville. It is quiet and well-maintained, but requires a car. Gracious host and all the comforts of home.
This Vrbo was everything we needed for our stay in Asheville! The place was more spacious than we thought it would be and it was very clean. I stayed here for three nights with my boyfriend and our friend. We were able to get ready for a wedding and events leading up to it with plenty of space. It was in a quiet neighborhood but still just a 10 min car ride to downtown. I'm very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a spacious cozy spot for 2-4 people close to downtown!
Mmy husband, son, and I were in Asheville for a memorial service earlier this month. Being from the San Diego area, it was a welcome adventure visiting this region of the US. The location of the property was perfect for our daily outings. Greg and his family were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. We'll definitely be back. Thanks Greg.

Could use a chair and one more table lamp in the bedroom. The living room needs a replacement armchair. How about a
plugin night light in the bathroom. There are fifteen steps to the entrance that were a surprise. The space was neat and clean .
Greg was a great host and was extremely prompt with responses. The location was close to some great breweries and local restaurants. Extremely clean and well maintained.
This location was a wonderful spot for where we wanted to visit - The Cove and the heart of Asheville. It was very convenient. It was a very clean and updated unit.
My kids and I are moving and needed a place to land while we check out the area and some houses- this was perfect. Close to everything, plenty of space, clean, cozy. The host was nice as can be; my kiddo was about to lose a tooth and I had no cash. I messaged and he gave me $3 for the TF to do her thing ;)
We loved staying there. It’s very nice and clean with plenty of room. Close to shops, eateries and the Biltmore. The owner was super nice and close by if you need anything. We would definitely stay there again.
Loved this little loft! Very close to everything in Asheville. We stayed here after the Billy Strings concert and it was around 10 minutes or less to the venue (HCCA). The apartment was very clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. It is much larger than it seems in the pictures, which was a nice surprise! We were also very thankful to find Foldger's in the kitchen when we woke up since we forgot to bring coffee! My only suggestion is to have a door code on VRBO! I did not receive a code for the door before check-in and the property manager did not answer when I called so had to ask someone downstairs for help. Also wish there were more pillows or blankets in case someone sleeps on the pull-out couch! Overall a very nice place, would stay here again!
This was the first time I've booked a rental on this site and we were quite happy with our accommodations! The apartment was immaculate. It was quite large and had everything you might need. And it was within a few minutes drive to the Biltmore. I would highly recommend!
Went and stay over Labor Day and we could not have asked for a better place. Met owners once, but other than that, felt we had our own pad. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend with a thank you to our host! -Susan
