Beautiful villa on 2 levels of 120 m² for 6 people any comfort with contemporary décor and furnishings.
On the ground floor:
 A dining room, a kitchen opened on living room (dishwasher, refrigerator, plates inductions, oven, host aspirante, microwaves) tableware of quality. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron. A large terrace facing south with garden furniture, barbecue.
New decoration more spacious and contemporary.
1st floor:
A large independent bathroom with bath and wc.

New spacious terrace, contemporary decor, garden furniture, dining area.
A room with a 140 bed and wardrobe
A room with bed 160 equipped with air conditioning, large closets and dresser.
A room with bed 140, three closets and dresser. Equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
Private parking, and possibility of parking 1 car under a protected advance.
Possibility to provide sheets with surcharge of 190 Euros and on request when booking a complementary service offered beds made for your arrival.

Maison pragmatique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Line. Elle se plie en quatre pour satisfaire ses hôtes. La double terrasse est très conviviale ; l’une pour le petit déjeuner et l’autre pour le dîner. Nos enfants ont adoré les lumières tamisées du soir. La proximité de la plage est un point fort. Nous accédons rapidement au centre ville. Expérience à renouveler!

Un excellent séjour

La maison est très bien équipée et très spacieuse . La terrasse est un lieu particulièrement agréable pour les repas les moments en famille ou tout simplement pour lire tranquillement à l ombre ou prendre le soleil - au choix c est un espace bien agencé et très esthétique par ailleurs … La maison est très bien située : 5 minutes à pied montre en main pour aller à la plage dans une zone très calme et à 10 minutes du centre ville. Bref un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances. La propriétaire est très soucieuse de ses locataires et nous avons eu un très bon accueil . Par ailleurs nous recommandons l école de voile de valras pour ses stages enfants ! Bref tous les ingrédients sont là pour un très bon séjour .

Maison idéalement située, propre, bien équipée, propriétaire attentionnée

La propriétaire apporte un soin tout particulier à ce que ses locataires soient bien chez elle, et cela se voit. Accueil très sympathique. La maison est très propre, spacieuse, bien équipée, on s'y sent bien. La terrasse est superbe. Il y a 2 extérieurs (exposition nord et sud) ce qui permet de petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner dehors sans être en plein soleil. Idéalement située à 3-4 minutes à pied de la plage via une petite rue peu passante.

Nos vacances d'été

Mes deux enfants (15 et 16 ans) et moi avons passé d'excellente vacances dans la très jolie villa de Mme Rouquette à Valras .La villa est très bien équipé , une cuisine ouverte sur le salon qui donne sur une très belle terrasse spacieuse . A l'étage une salle de bain et trois chambres spacieuses dont une avec sa propre salle de bain les lits sont excellents le tout , très propre , très bien entrtenue . La villa se situe 3mn de la plage à pieds , les restaurant , le port , les attraction foraine à 10 mn environ .

Wunderschönes Haus, nahe am Strand, sehr gepflegt

wir waren als Familie mit drei Jugendlichen für ein paar Tage in dem Haus. Es ist für uns super eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. Die Terrasse wurde komplett neu gemacht. Abends bei indirekter Beleuchtung an tolles Ambiente. Die Vermieterin ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, spricht aber nur Französisch und unser Französisch ist miserabel. Das Haus haben wir sauber angetroffen und zum Empfang gab es eine Flasche Wein. Der Strand und das Meer ist toll. Man kann 50 Meter reinlaufen und ist bis zu den Knien im Wasser. zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten, gemütlich geschlendert. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

SÉJOUR AGRÉABLE

En famille avec papi et mamie nous avons passé 15j super la plage est plutôt à 350 m je suis enceinte alors ca compte mais max quand on a du mal à marcher ! la plage pour les touts petits est parfaite et de l espace on est pas les uns sur les autres. Le fait d avoir 2 sdb et 3 toilettes est tres appréciable. Il y a un barbecue et non une plancha. Séjour agréable mais reste cher quand même. L hote est à l écoute . Je le note la car j'y pense maintenant il faudra prévoir un double de clés car quand on se sépare c'est pratique d avoir un jeu. Merci

La modification a bien été faite pour la plage et le barbecue, en ce qui concerne le double des clés je l'ai cependant, j'ai oublié de vous le faire passer.
