Silver Shells St. Lucia 305 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the third floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access, and St. Lucia's building private pool. St. Croix Cabana 1 is also included as a great escape from the heat and is located next to the resort lagoon pool. The cabana features a living area, mini-fridge, and a half bathroom. Check-in time for cabanas is earlier than regular check-in time for vacation condos. You can start enjoying your cabana rental at 10 a.m. on your arrival day and get a head start soaking up the Florida sunshine before you checking into your condo. Cabanas are available to enjoy each day until 10 p.m. when the pool area closes. Overnight sleeping in cabanas is not permitted. St. Lucia 305 is the perfect location for your next Destin beach vacation!

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Lucia 305 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy beach theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. Right off the kitchen is a laundry closet complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has incredible views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Tennis courts, a basketball court, and separate aerobics and weightlifting facilities help to keep you active and energized!

The HOA has notified us that they will be painting the exterior of the St. Lucia Building. We have not been given a detailed schedule for the project, however they have stated that the project will begin on the front of the building in September 2023 and continue into Early March 2024. We expect that this will be a minimal disruption to your stay. A portion of the upper parking deck will be blocked off for equipment, but this will not affect the assigned parking in the interior of the garage.
