Listen to the rushing creek while sitting on the back deck to soothe your soul. 5 miles from the Appalachian trail. Custom built, open floor plan, creek front cabin. Fly fish at your leisure only a few feet from the back of the cabin, less than 10 miles to hot springs (which by the way is a two-lane road (short mile of gravel which is paved the rest of the way), where you have hiking, biking, etc. Just over an hour from Asheville, (Biltmore Estate) 1.5 miles from a waterfall/swimhole. 25 minutes to Greeneville( home of the 17th president Andrew Johnson, 1.5 miles from the French broad river, climb the famous paint rock. Brand new basketball court, 8 TV’s, 4 in the main room, and one on the deck, tv in every bedroom. Luxurious fire pitt/sitting area with corn hole area, outdoor bathhouse, pool table, hot tub, ping pong table, grill (outside), ample seating arrangements in and outside, 2000 SF wrap around porch (over half of which is screened in) Large open kitchen with brand new appliances. Bunk house for the kids to feel like they are camping out. ABSOLUTELY NON SMOKING, NO PETS- This is our second home, so definitely not a party house. The owner checks you in/out. Laundry room in our home.

Perfect for a getaway

I was in town for a wedding nearby with some friends and this cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Corrina was very easy to get a hold of and allowed us to check in when convenient. It was spacious, comfortable, nearby to the creek and out in nature. Plenty of amenities to keep us occupied, like the four tvs- perfect for watching sports, etc, as well as the pool table, ping pong, corn hole, and fire pit. The washer and dryer was very convenient. I'm not sure if there was more toilet paper somewhere in the cabin, but for the most part we had everything we needed. We would love to stay again in the future! Thanks Corrina!

Truly Getting Away from It All

What an excellent place to get away from it all with the family! We had an amazing, relaxing time at this beautiful cabin. The porches were our favorite hang out spots to read, enjoy coffee, play ping pong. We also ventured to the swimming hole/water falls and took a couple day trips to Gatlinburg and Asheville. On our way out of the park one day we even saw wild pigs, which the neighbors said they hadn't seen in all their 30+ years in the area. Couple things to know: -You will be away from it all! Be prepared (and enjoy) the limited access to internet/cell service. -We were glad we had prepped meals and brought most of the provisions we needed for the week. It's not a quick trip to pick up groceries and we enjoyed just staying in. -The first access point to the property is a gate shared with a neighbor. At first we thought we were turning into the wrong drive way but quickly realized we were indeed in the right place. The host was great; very responsive to my questions before hand, and easy to work with. We would love to make a return visit!

Such a relaxing stay at this beautiful cabin in the mountains

We loved this VRBO cabin in the mountains! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a week with three adults and two teenagers. The creek, screened porch, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, fire pit,... - just amazing! We weren't used to not having internet and cell phone service 24/7, but were able to drive into Hot Springs, NC to connect to our cell phones every other day or so while going shopping to Greeneville and Hot Springs. Corrina was an excellent host, providing quick answers to our questions before we arrived. We would love to return in the future. Thank you Corrina! Betsy & Dave Daunheimer
