The location is wonderful and exactly what we needed. The cabin was neat, clean, well put together, spacious and our anniversary basket was an amazing touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you again!
The Otter Cabin was wonderful! Beautifully furnished and well-appointed. Very convenient, short walk to town. Debra is a thoughtful host. Highly recommend!
Great place in a perfect location right on Spring Creek . Exactly as described in the listing but even better in person. Easy walk to downtown Hot Springs but very private and secluded. Debra was an outstanding host.

Wonderful cabin! Very clean and just as pretty as the pictures. Debra is an incredibly thoughtful host. She thinks of everything to make her guests' stay comfortable. We felt like we were in the home of a friend. Can't recommend this cabin highly enough!
I almost don’t want to write a review about how wonderful this place is for fear that it will always be booked up. Beautiful, private, relaxing. And just steps from town. Loved it!

This was an amazing space, so peaceful and comfortable. Wonderfully decorated, yet not fussy. Comfy living space, comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this spot!
This cabin is the best! It is beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, spotless, and has all the modern conveniences that you could ever want. The location by the stream was so quiet and peaceful. You are only a couple blocks from downtown, but you feel like you are in the woods! We will definitely be back!

It was a pleasure to host you and your wife for the birthday celebration! Thank you again for taking such good care.. above and beyond! You are welcome back anytime!
My husband and I stayed at the cabin. It was spectacular! The cabin itself was beautiful, everything we needed was there. The sound of the river was amazing to listen to. I could have stayed there forever.
Just wonderful! So accessible to everything, including some great hikes. Being on the river was an extra treat….deer would be near or in the river early morning and late evening. Sitting down by the river was a bit buggy, but beautiful! Loved the Japanese tub!
This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The pictures don’t do it justice - the cabin is so beautiful, stocked with everything you need and then some, and is the perfect location. The rushing stream outside is so calming and has plenty of wildlife (we saw a family of six minks!) while the location is totally walkable to town to grab dinner and a drink. We hiked max patch one day, and spent another day in Asheville and both were less than an hour from the house. Excellent host too, Debra was so welcoming and responsive.

The Best mountain cabin retreat in the US. Delightful Trout fishing in your own fully forested backyard. Cabin is updated inside and out. Artful Decor is whimsical. Local restaurants and stores are easy to access and interesting. Kitchen is fully outfitted to eat at home. Right on the Appalachian Trail with its unique transients. We plan to use this getaway as our second home!

We are grateful for the opportunity to host you! Thank you again for taking such good care of the place.. you are welcome back anytime!
Upon arrival we were extremely impressed by the cleanliness and hospitality of the host. We loved the privacy of the home yet easy access to town. We enjoyed walking to town with ease and staying "home" and listening to the creek. There was no TV but that was a plus for us. This is the place you'll want to visit to disconnect and reconnect with yourself and partner. We will definitely visit again!!! I can't recommend this property enough.
