This is a great get away for one to explore, enjoy the great outdoors, or a romantic get away or bring the whole family for outdoor adventure. This is either the great outdoors vacation or Serenity and peace in the middle of the forest, with all the luxury of a beautiful home to enjoy it in. Whichever you choose it to be, you will love it. Paved roads to and from the highway, easy in, easy out. Only a minutes drive to town.
This is Mountain home on top of a beautiful private Mountain,
Only Eight Minutes to Historic Hot Springs. A town that takes you back to old time small town America and added plus of the historic healing hot water springs.
Property is isolated, yet paved roads to and from the main Hwy 25/70.
It borderlines 500 thousand acres of the Pisgah National Forest and game lands.
It is like living in the wilderness, except minutes to civilization by car.
You will love relaxing on the wrap around deck or sitting in the hot tub Hot Tub enjoying nature. Only the sound of a trickling stream and birds brings you utter serenity. The night sky lights up with the sights of stars, planets and the moon.
Enjoy private meditation or praying while sitting at the bench by the pond/stream in the backyard.
Then cozy next to the outside fire pit or wood burning fireplace inside.

This house is so peaceful. Kitchen was well stocked. I'm a cook from scratch person and with this kitchen I was able to accomplish that and not have to use box sides. We enjoyed the fireplace when the weather turned right chilly. Lovely walk to the waterfall.

Picture Perfect!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. This home was spotless. Every floor was its own private area which made it really nice with family. The pictures posted do not show how elegant this place really was. The home sat on a private gated mountain with trails to a waterfall. The hot tub was great! Pool and foosball for entertainment ... large tv screens in every room and a short drive to the town of hotsprings. The family loved it! and the host are wonderful! We hope to stay here again ... Great experience!

Amazing Getaway

You know how some people treat you like their family? That's Ben and Terri. They are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and responsive. They set the house up with little touches, notes, and everything is clean/ as advertised. Beds are comfy and it is a great location (lots of local animals and by plenty of parks). Would stay again. Note: Wifi and using my hot spot is like wifi in the mountains and not suitable for all day zoom calls. With such a beautiful area, it is better to be out hiking or relaxing anyways :)

Thanksgiving Trip

The Geraci family gave us a great experience. The pictures don’t give the place its true value. We asked for them to put up a Christmas tree….they did! They even put presents under the tree with our kids names on them! Fully stocked everything. Just an overall great experience. If we needed something they were ready to help at any moment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nicely Secluded Mountain Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts provided a beautiful, welcoming home with nice write-ups of things we should know, what we should see, and they have a good sense of humor too! The house is a serene, mountaintop getaway with no lack of privacy. You'll have what you need to make some good meals for yourself. And the hot tub will feel good after a long hike. If you enjoy the outdoors and especially hiking, you couldn't ask for a better location near Hot Springs. There will be plenty to see and do on the North Carolina / Tennessee border and you aren't too far from the Smokies National Park, Gatlinburg, Knoxville and Asheville if you like to mix it up.

Great for families

If you are looking for mountains, fires, hikes and privacy in a well appointed mountain home then you've found it all here. Our family had a very enjoyable stay and we wished we could have stayed longer. The location gives easy access to Hot Springs and Ashville for all that you may need. Ben and Terri were very accommodating and easy to interact with. You'll be glad you chose their property!

Dream paradise secluded in the mountains!

This cabin has it all, plus more. First of all, Ben and Terri were Excellent hosts going far and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed at their home. Can’t say enough good things about them and this Beautiful place they offer. If you need a honeymoon/couple retreat, this is it! If you’ve got a big family, this house will be perfect with plenty of space! I could go on forever mentioning everything we loved, but would rather not spoil the experience. If you’re interested in booking here, you won’t regret it. The rest of the reviews don’t lie, this cabin is a true 5 star stay. Believe me, the pictures don’t do justice. When you hear the acoustics in the living room while playing pool or relaxing in the hot tub watching the leaves fall, you’ll realize it doesn’t get any better than this! You will feel like your secluded on a mountain away from everything/everybody, trust me. Hope you have as much fun as we did! -Robert

Nice secluded get away.

Our extended family from 3 states came together wanting to come to the Hot Springs area close to the Appalachian Trail. The owners, Ben and Terri, gave great instructions on how to get to their place and met us there to make sure we were comfortable with how things operated. The house was nice and roomy. The surroundings serene. We hiked in the area and it was beautiful. There were two things that were a little disappointing. The reception for the TV went out with rainy weather just when the football games we wanted to watch were coming on. And we were used to queen sized beds and only the master bedroom had a bed other than full. Still we had a great time and would recommend this place.

Fall Break

Beautiful home in a very private gated community. The bedrooms were perfectly situated with each having their own living areas to allow for privacy and sleep while the others continue to eat, drink and play! This property is great and the owners do a great job of leaving notes and making sure you feel like you are staying "with family." One of my friends had a package sent to the house and it didn't arrive till we were gone, and they made sure she got it. I am so impressed with this space and with the owners!

Trouble sleeping?

Great house. Terri & Ben are FANTASTIC hosts. They thought of everything to make sure you are comfortable. Great location In the middle of the woods. Quiet. Hot Tub, Pool table, foosball table...AWESOME. My only minor criticism would be if you need a firm mattress for comfortable sleeping there isn't one here. Where this house technically has 4 beds to sleep 8, the pull out couch in the basement is not big enough for two and its really not comfortable because the air mattress deflates in the middle of your sleep so you end up trying to sleep on a sofa bed frame (no mattress). There are 3 couches and a futon perfect for teens (not adults). Teenagers can usually sleep comfortable on a couch for several nights in a row. I say not adults because the couches are perfect for sitting but not sleeping all night(yes I slept on a different couch every night of our 4 night stay). Inspite of my criticism I would still highly recommend this property because of all the other amenities...to many to list them all. Thank you Terri & Ben

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This house was perfect for our large group vacation. We were welcomed into the house with lots of thoughtful amenities and notes on local favorites and attractions. The house easily accommodated our group with everyone having their own space. There is even a downstairs space that can be completely closed off as it's own apartment. The kids enjoyed playing all the games that are available for visitors and exploring the property. I highly recommend this peaceful, beautiful house hosted by very generous and kind people.

Familycation

Let me just tell you, Ben and Terri are wonderful hosts! Their home is beautiful and in immaculate condition. They were even so kind to leave a nice note with a snack basket and a bottle of wine for our (adults) family to enjoy. Everyone loved the property and getting the chance to explore. The kids loved the creek and of course the picnic area in the yard. Several bunnies came and visited us each day and my youngest daughter enjoyed picking fresh blackberries. I personally enjoyed the cool (even in july!) quiet mornings on the porch rocker with my coffee just listening to the sounds of nature. This place is a must visit! I promise, you won't be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

Secluded private retreat

We had a great time! The house was just as described and was very clean when we got there. The owner surprised us with a bottle of wine and a basket of snacks, which was so thoughtful! The kids loved the hot tub, the pool table and the foosball table. It was so nice to have some pantry staples available for the adults as well!

Amazing experience in nature

We spent New Year at this property. Ben and Terry were super hosts and we had already exchanged several messages before getting to the house with very detailed instructions how to get there and where to find everything. We were 2 families with 3 kids age 10,11, and 12 and they had an amazing time outside and inside. The pool table was great for all of us. We even got some snow upon our arrival which unfortunately melted away during the next days. Hot Springs is a cute little town that takes you back in time, definitely worth a visit and a lunch at one of the nice local restaurants. We would love to come back in the Spring or summer to be able to do more outdoor activities.

An excellent Thanksgiving holiday.

Beautiful property. Just outside of big cities like Asheville and Gatlinburg nestled in a cozy little town surrounded by nature. House was clean and well supplied with everything you could need. Well thought out layout. We were two families of four with small children and had plenty of space and things to keep us occupied.

My wife and I built this home with our children and grandchildren in my mind.
We were looking to build in Madison County after we found out the movie Hunger Games was filmed there. The scenery in that movie was magnificent.
By the grace of God we were able to build this beautiful place.
God willing, we will be able to retire here someday.
