The swimming pool has an automatic salt water treatment (very soft low salt water), an electric cleaning robot and an electric security roller shutter (+ fence). You can also drink an aperitif on the terrace facing the sea. 2 steps from the port of Narbonne-plage, shops and the market of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer (all year). The Clappe massif can be reached in a few minutes on foot for hikers and mountain bikers.
