A peaceful oasis set between the sea and mountains, in Estagel (western Pyrenees), you can come and recharge you batteries in a setting set amidst the Mediterranean beaches and the Corbières Cathar Castles.
This beautiful 120-sq., detached house offs a large living area, a dining room with an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a WC.
The covered terrace features a table and chairs, with a barbecue at your fingertips. There is also a large garden and a secure swimming pool.
We offer complete equipment both in the kitchen and throughout the house: a TV, air con, Wi-Fi, a microwave, etc.
Master bedroom with a 160 x 190-cm double bed and a large cupboard
The bedroom sleeping three children has a single bed and two bunk beds that all measure 90 x 180 cm.
The guest bedroom has a 140 x 200-cm double bed and a patio door leading out to the terrace.
The bathroom has a window and a WC. There is also a separate toilet.

Nice ,clean and peaceful

We;ve had Bruno's house on our watch list for quite some time and decided this year we will book the house for our stay in France .We stayed for 4 weeks and could off stayed forever, the whole family loved it. We have a disabled daughter in an electric wheelchair and shecould get about the house and garden with such ease.. All amenities in the house worked perfectly and the pool was such a welcome relieve to the lovely hot weather. The property is easy to find and roads to and from Estagel are good roads to travel on .The local shop and patisserie are both stocked really well and includes a petrol staiton .There is a local restaurant and bar in walking distance which we tried and were very good .Overall so happy with our stay and would go again as soon as we could.

Ein wirklich wundervolles Haus mit tollem Pool. Wir hatten Ende Juli klasse Wetter (30 - 34 Grad), da war die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich und allen Schlafzimmern super. Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts (unsere Kinder haben den integrierten Eisspender im Kühlschrank geliebt). Danke an Marie Alice, es war total sauber und schön vorbereitet. Wir fanden auch den Ort schön: Klein, kaum Touris, nett! Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig oberhalb des Dorfes. Kontakt mit Vermieter Bruno sehr, sehr gut. Jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Une maison vraiment magnifique avec une superbe piscine. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique fin juillet (30-34 degrés), la climatisation dans le salon et dans toutes les chambres était super. Maison très bien équipée, il ne manquait rien (nos enfants ont adoré le distributeur de glaçons intégré dans le frigo). Merci à Marie Alice, c'était totalement propre et bien préparé. Nous avons également apprécié le village : petit, peu de touristes, agréable ! La maison est merveilleusement bien située, au calme, au-dessus du village. Contact avec le propriétaire Bruno très, très bon. Disponible et serviable à tout moment.

Vacances satisfaisantes.

Un peu déçues suite au commentaires et note du site. Points positifs: Bon accueil, climatisation partout, linges de toilettes founi, frigo americain. L'hôte a acheté un parasol pour nous. Cependant dommage pour le contour de la piscine ( herbes entre les pavés, et pierailles), et pour ceux qui viennent a 7 il n'y a que 5 transats ,terrasses pas nettoyée. Beaucoup de fourmis. Mais le plus désagréable, les mouches et les moustiques. Nous avons des dizaines de piqures.

La location est très propre et très bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très prévenant et réactif en cas de besoin. La maison est tranquille, mais reste proche des lieux touristiques en voiture.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bruno ist ein toller und vor allem zuverlässiger Gastgeber, spricht und schreibt sehr gut deutsch, was die Sache gerade in Frankreich erleichtert , da sie Frsnzosen so gut wie kein Englisch sprechen . Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet . es gibt wirklich alles , was man braucht . Wir waren zu 5 mit einem einjährigen Kleinkind. Das Haus liegt total ruhig außerhalb des Dorfes Estagel. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und gut abgeschottet. Perpignan + die Strände sind ca. 30 min Fahrzeit mit dem Auto. Wer wirklich mal richtig Ruhe tanken will, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Das Hsus hat einen schönen pool, zum Schwimmtraining leider zu kurz aber due Kids hatten Spaß. Fantastische Laufstrecken direkt am Haus mit richtig Höhenmetern ... super für alle Läufer und triathleten , die zwischendurch mal die Waden glühen lassen wollen. Wir kommen def. wieder.

Un excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable

La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description. Elle est très confortable et fonctionnelle et située en bord de village, au calme et dans un très bel environnement. On apprécie de n'entendre que les cigales et les oiseaux. La piscine et la climatisation sont parfaites pour profiter de la chaleur ambiante. Bruno est très accueillant et sait donner tous les conseils nécessaires pour exploiter au maximum une région magnifique. Estagel est bien situé pour rayonner assez facilement sur des sites très variés : mer, montagne, châteaux et abbayes...

maison très agréable, bien agencée, climatisée dans toutes les pièces à vivre, belle piscine (entretenue par le propriétaire durant le séjour), terrasse agréable tant que les températures extérieures le permettent. tout le confort pour un séjour reposant après des escapades pour découvrir la région (de nombreux sites à découvrir à distance d'une heure de route depuis la maison, le propriétaire met à disposition des guides...). contact très facile et disponibilité du propriétaire durant le séjour, bref à recommander pour de belles vacances en famille.

Als u voor uw gezin op zoek bent naar een ruim huis met zwembad in een oase van rust, kan ik u dit warm aanbevelen. Alle voorzieningen werken prima: airconditioning, Wifi, hygiënisch en helder zwembad,... Het grote overdekte terras met zonneluifel bieden bescherming als het even te warm wordt. Je zit in de bergen; de kust is bereikbaar. Bruno, de eigenaar, is een warme persoonlijkheid. Correct. Als u komt, bezoek dan zeker Collioure, Castelnou en Carcassonne. eet en drink in domein Jau!!!Fantastisch.

Quiet and totally tranquil location perfect to unwind and relax

Very clean well presented and nice villa in a very (very) quiet location. Perfect for a relaxing break doing nothing but sun,swim,read and eat! 2 main bedrooms plenty big enough with air conditioning for the warmer nights Large open plan living space Pool was great just the right size for us BBQ available and big enough to cook for four easily. Owner very communicative and fast to respond to queries (even when away himself) Highly recommended for a family break in the beautiful Pyrenees area (and Andorra at just 3 hrs worth a visit if just for the tax free shopping!)

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons été ravi de passer une semaine dans cette belle maison. Le séjour à commencé par un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire des lieux, ainsi que des infos pratiques et intéressantes des différents lieux aussi bien de commerces de proximités ou d'endroits à visiter, l'intérieur de la maison était impeccable, la description de la propriété est vraiment conforme à la réalité. Nous avons pu profité de la maison très fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur, la climatisation un bonheur et la piscine la cerise sur le gâteau. La situation de la propriété est aussi à souligner: un beau paysage dans une ambiance calme aux sons des grillons. Sans oublier la proximité de la mer ou de la montagne, conseillé pour des vacances en famille et pour tous les gouts. Merci encore à Bruno pour se séjour de toute la famille.

Vacances reposantes

Avons passé un séjour très agréable avec 2 ados, maison très bien équipée, fonctionnelle, rien ne manque, la climatisation dans les chambres est très appréciable. Possibilité de profiter de la terrasse extérieure matin, midi et soir, nous avons même expérimenté avec beaucoup de vent ! . Côté piscine, pour nous dommage qu'elle ne soit pas bâchée, ce qui éviterait peut-être que la température redescende un peu trop lors des nuits fraîches. L'entretien est à faire par le locataire mais les explications sont très claires le jour de l'arrivée. Vacances reposantes loin de la foule tout en alliant la proximité de la mer et de la montagne. Accueil très sympa du propriétaire, n'est pas avare pour donner des idées de promenades et reste disponible en cas de besoin lors du séjour. A recommander sans hésitation !

Location agréable et idéalement située

Proche de la montagne, de la mer et de l'Espagne, cette location au calme nous a permis de découvrir des activités typiques de la région (canyoning, randonnées, châteaux...). La maison est bien équipée et le propriétaire toujours disponible et sympathique. Nous garderons de bons souvenirs de ce séjour.
