Everything is newly renovated in this gorgeous private studio condo that sleeps 2 people. Kitchen is all new with modern white cabinets and brand new appliances - stocked with everything you need to cook a complete meal. Bathroom has walk-in shower and festive new tile and cabinets with plenty of storage. Comfortable king-sized bed with new mattress and crisp 100% cotton sheets and bedding for a wonderful sleep after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick cotton, high-end bath towels. Fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!

The Continental is an ocean front complex offering heated pool and private beach in Key Colony Beach, Florida. You will enjoy our beautiful ocean front beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki huts and BBQ grills - all available for guest use. Nice unit in a great location.

Right on the water, unit was exactly as pictured. Safe neighborhood next door to a small waterfront park. It was nice to be close to attractions in Marathon and still not too far from Key West. We would stay here again!

First Timers

This was our first trip to the Keys and spent 3 nights at the condo. What a great experience! We were looking for a quieter area that we could use as home base to drive around and explore. Wanted something smaller and quieter with an area to sit outside and this was perfect. For an older buiding we were impressed with how clean and well taken care of everything was. We enjoyed sitting by the water with drinks at night and coffee in the morning to watch sunrise. Kim's unit was everything we needed, nicely updated and very clean. We reached out once with a question and she responded very quickly. We would've loved a couple more nights and will be back!

Perfect Place

The condo is beautiful with everything you need. Comminations with owner were great, very responsive! The grounds are the best in Key Colony, beautifully maintained beach & pool!

An escape to the Florida Keys

Clean, exactly as shown in pictures. Quiet. Many there seem to be residents of the complex. Property a bit old but well-maintained. Kim was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions.

Perfect location!

Key Colony Beach is the perfect location away from Miami and Key West Our rental was surrounded by many great restuarants within minutes and Kim was very informative and easy to reach Highly recommend this place!

Great Stay…

We had a wonderful stay, the property was exactly as described on VRBO. The room had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked and outdoor BBQ’s for guests to use. The location is ideal as you are in the mid way point of the keys so day trips to Key West or Key largo were easy. Definitely will recommend and plan to visit again.
