My Dad built this house as a summer cottage in the 50s. A master bedroom and a back family room were added in the 60s. We’ve maintained the original character while providing modern upgrades.
Our family dream has always been to fix the house up so we can gather to enjoy and make lasting memories.

Why they chose this property

This was my childhood home. It's a vibrant, friendly neighborhood with
quiet neighbors and lots of dog walkers passing by.

What makes this property unique

Private Peconic Bay beach access, Is deeded to each of the neighborhood properties, ours included. Walking distance is less than half a mile from our house. No cars allowed, but we have a small wagon/cart and lots of beach towels which you can use .
