Spectacular sunsets await you at this spacious sunlit, four bedroom/four bath home, a five minute walk from the beach, and a seven minute drive to Love Lane. Other nearby attractions include vineyards, farmstands, watersports, golf, Atlantis Aquarium, Tanger Outlets, Splish Splash water park, horseback riding, fishing, ferries to Shelter Island and the Hamptons, a pool at Strong's Marina where daily passes can be purchased, and fabulous restaurants.

The house is located on a quiet street that dead ends to a beautiful, sandy beach on the Long Island Sound. The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining, and also for different "zones of activity", allowing you and your guests some private space to work or to relax. High speed wifi is available throughout the house, as well as all premium cable channels.

Walk in and find a sunny living and dining room adjacent to a brand new kitchen, with a new dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave and double oven. A front load washer/dryer completes the space. A sunken family room off of the kitchen, with a new large screen TV creates a comfy, family hang out space, perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. Two fireplaces (upstairs and downstairs) will keep you cozy on cool fall and winter nights.

There are three bedrooms on the main floor. One room facing the front has a twin bed, the second has two twin beds, and the third is a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom. The master bedroom suite is upstairs, and has a large, walkout deck facing the Long Island Sound. The deck is also accessible from the outside through stairs off of the driveway. Outdoor space for grilling and dining complete the picture, with a fenced in side yard for the kids to run around.

Perfect week on the beach

Beautiful space! Loved waking up in the master bedroom and the huge tv was perfect for watching the US Open! Our dog Ruca has found her happy place dogpaddling on the bay! The homeowners were so caring and attentive! I highly recommend vacationing here!

Great communicator and undersranding regarding an unforseen medical situation. Kristen gives her all in making a stay at her rental the perfect getaway. Great stay!

Great vacation

Very much enjoyed the property and location. Only suggestion would be to have a tv upstairs in the master bedroom and fix the water running in the master toilet.

My husband, two children and I and have been coming to the North Fork for many years, and are thrilled to be able to share the community we love with others. We have extensive local knowledge, and are always happy to answer any questions or do some research for you to make your stay special. Personally, we are triathletes, competing in IronMans and local sprint races (we encourage you to try one!) There are plenty of opportunities for you to swim, bike and run while you are here :)

Why they chose this property

There is a beautiful view of the Long Island Sound from the top of the hill as you head toward Soundbeach. Being that close to the water was what inspired us to buy this home. We are located on a quiet street with few houses, one row back from direct beach access. You can walk to either end of the street to enter the beach. The sunsets are quite spectacular. Our home is perfect for vacationing year round, and is a cozy place to spend the winter holidays. We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, parks, farm stands, golf, fishing, apple picking, pumpkin picking, other beaches and villages. Additionally, Riverhead is close by, providing access to Tanger Outlet Mall, Splish Splash Water Park, the Aquarium, Michael's Craft Store, Hobby Lobby, Home Depot and Lowe's.

What makes this property unique

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, 3 minutes from the beach. Spectacular sunsets viewable from the upper outdoor deck, water views throughout the house, enclosed astro turf yard. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two fireplaces, plenty of living space, new appliances, comfortable towels and linens. Feels like a home away from home. Perfect for a getaway weekend, family gathering, holiday celebration or extended vacation. All utilities are included.
