Previously a charming Bed & Breakfast/Inn (The Inn at Grace Farm) is now available for whole house group accommodation. This crafted post and beam home shows the charm of Vermont. Sitting among pine trees high above sweeping valleys, the home rests on a 2 1/2 acre estate. This replica of an old handmade Vermont stone house has a rustic feel with convenience of modern amenities. The kitchen flows into the dining and living area and features solid cabinetry, granite counters, and double oven for guests to eat in, order out, or visit small town favorites. Gather around the 58" big screen in the well appointed family room or enjoy the view from one of the 6 windows in the space. The entire home has beautiful pine board floors in the more than comfortably sized bedrooms. New mattresses and bedding in 2018 will appease even the fussiest sleeper. Don't let only 2 bathrooms fool you, each is no less than 175 sq. feet, has ample storage and double sinks with a full size or soaker tub.
The first floor has 1 bedroom with the remaining 3 upstairs in the vaulted wooded beamed ceilings. You will enjoy stunning views and a groomed side yard with fire pit, look out area, and seating for outdoor leisure. At this rural residence you will have an unobstructed view of bright stars and fireflies at night. During the day rolling views of Mt. Mansfield (Vermont's highest Mountain) and Smugglers Notch. Wildlife to include deer, wild turkeys. We offer some- but you may want to BYOB (Bring Your Own Binoculars). Peek out back where maple lines tap the wooded trees. Previously the innkeepers quarters, this space has front and back door entrance, separate wifi, parking, fire pit and no shared walls. The wedding/event barn is available for additional reservation as well as the 5 bed 6 bath inn for separate buildings on the property. Note: Events are NOT scheduled during your stay unless you have booked the barn space. Lots of options in a beautiful Vermont setting!
